Ridiculous return policy!!! When I purchased the clothes, I explained my uncertainty to the salesperson (who is certainly not to blame for this) and mentioned that I might consider returning or exchanging them. She informed me that I had 7 days (which I found to be a short time, but I didn't question it) and failed to explicitly mention that the store only offers exchanges and does not provide refunds. When I raised the issue of this lack of communication, she claimed that she had mentioned it during the purchase, but not specifically that they would not refund the money, unlike all the other stores where I have previously bought clothes here in the USA. However, I did notice a note on the receipt: STORE POLICY: EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. Consequently, I requested a store credit as I didn't want another outfit at that moment. Surprisingly, they refused to provide a store credit, despite it being clearly stated on the receipt. The manager was willing to make an exception until the end of the month, granting me just one more week. Overall, I am extremely disappointed! Although I like Brazilian clothes, I do not wish to return due to this poor customer service experience. Upon visiting the Everett location, the service I received was notably excellent. The staff was helpful, engaged, and ready to assist, which elevated my store experience. Given this positive encounter, I admit that my expectations were naturally high when visiting the Framingham location.
However, while exploring the women's section in Framingham, I noticed a disparity in service. While the product selection was interesting, the customer service did not match the level I experienced previously. Interaction with the staff was limited, and the lack of assistance and guidance fell short. This strongly contrasted with my earlier experience, resulting in some disappointment.
I share this not to criticize but to emphasize the importance of maintaining a consistent standard of service across all locations. A positive experience can greatly influence customer expectations, and it's crucial to uphold this consistency to ensure each visit is memorable.
