Okay so basically these guys are fire. I went here to get a new radio, two subs, amp & box. At first there was a bit miscommunication but they went above and beyond to fix it. I am more than pleased and will forever send people their way. I went there three years ago for a remote starter and they’re professionalism and expertise stuck in my head for three years that I decided to go back for my sound system. They are so honest and real and down to the point, which is so hard to find nowadays. They straight up told me what would be good and what wouldn’t. And the 20 years experience they have really backed it up. They know what they’re talking about and are so helpful. They are not only smart and talented but they don’t buIIsh¡t their customers for money. They want the person to be happy and pleased when they leave. I’m a good person. I’m a giver. I want other people’s happiness over my own. I rarely ever do something for myself. I spent nine months saving for this and I can tell you, whoever it is reading this, that they really took care of me. They pretty much gave back to me what I give to everyone else on the daily. It was like someone finally answered a prayer. I’m not a giver because I want recognition for it or because I want someone to return the favor but when they did, it just really made my heart melt. I recently went to see the folks at Audiobarn to see if they could help me get an extra key made for my 1979 MGB. Prior to that, I spent time looking on my own, ordering blanks directly from England that didn’t work, and finding nowhere around me that could cut a new key for me based on the worn one that I had.

I was immediately helped by Pat, who quickly began looking for the appropriate blanks. He was professional and expedient, and was able to find blanks for me. He ordered them, and texted me when they came in. This is a very rare key blank to find.

When I arrived at the store to see the blanks, Pat began cutting a copy of my key, which was very worn, as you can imagine, and not easy to replicate. However, he did a fantastic job, and with very little trial and error, cut me three new keys that worked better than the one I had. I was very impressed with his professionalism, friendliness, and overall representation of his business. I would highly recommend them for any audio or key issues...

Shawn did an excellent job installing my system, the system itself is fantastic, the customer service deplorable...I will not go back or recommend them. Had issues with appointments and they "lost" a brand new pair of Pioneer speakers valued at $120.00 each that were already installed in my car. At the advice of Shawn, I went with a completely new system, got my old radio back minus the speakers, Shawn said he couldn't find them and probably threw them away (they are an audio business and they can't recognize brand new speakers?) When I asked who was responsible for that, Shawn couldn't answer and Pat, the owner, very rudely put a box of new speakers on the floor by my feet in front of me, when I inquired if those were my speakers, he harshly stated "No, they're not, but they are yours now."
