Not sure what the 1-star reviewers are smoking but the owners here are super friendly and professional. Wait times might be long when they're busy but for a affordable, professional solid haircut this is not bad.

Korean/East Asian hair can be hard to cut right but she doesn't do the worst job. She cut the back of my hair too high up and didn't fade it like I asked but it's okay.

Also, listen, if you are going to spend your time complaining over a bad haircut or because your perm didn't go the way you want, you need to check your priorities in life. It's hair. It grows back. Relax.

I've gotten a perm from here too and like other reviewers who aren't overreacting, I liked my perm a lot. Lynn did a great job.

Don't listen to these ridiculous, over-emotional reviews written by precious snowflakes who value their hair more than the concept being a decent human being. If you didn’t like the results, just find a different place rather than trying to tarnish the name of a business by leaving unpleasant reviews. You’re acting like they ruined your life.

Lynn is a wonderful stylist. I took my 15 year old son here to get a perm. Kids this age are very hard to please, however, when we left Lynn's studio he said it was the best day ever. He LOVES the waves and style she gave him. He showed her two pictures for reference and she nailed it! I wanted a perm as well but she advised against it because I have highlights in my hair and she did not want to damage my hair. She explained that I should let my highlights grow out more and then come back. Most hair stylist would have done the perm and taken my money. She is very honest and extremely knowledgeable. I did get a cut and she did a wonderful job. I was very happy with the results and will continue to come back to her. Her prices were well below the average prices in this area. I went in expecting to pay way more for the services we wanted and was actually shocked at what she charged. Needless to say I left a very large tip because she was worth more than what she charges. We made a reservation at 3:00 but went an hour early so we could start our appointment right on time. Waiting was not a problem, since we had a bit of time. But problem started here:

A guy walked in at 2:30 asking for a spot and the lady asked him to make a reservation for tomorrow since we were waiting. But when another guy walked in around 2:40 without a prior reservation, he was instantly seated while we sat there waiting. We ended up seated at 3:15 and were told “it must have been fun waiting since you came with your girlfriend.” Regardless of how much “fun” we had waiting a total of hour and 15 minutes, it was quite rude of her to 1) ignore the reservation line (inconsistency with who needs to reserve and what not) 2) treat us as if it is okay for us to wait since we are (relatively) young.

And worst of all, I witnessed the WORST two block cut today. She did not even dust off the head so now I’m dusting off one by one off...
