The Vietnamese black iced coffee is very good as well as the regular Vietnamese iced coffee! They offer dairy free options such as oat milk. This is the first tea place that has dairy free option. I highly recommend this place for those who need to be dairy-free! I would have given this place a 5 star review but this place dropped to 3 stars with subsequent visits. My coffee was made incorrectly with a ton of ice and looked and tasted differently every time. It is unfortunate that this place has no consistency and the staff would benefit from customer service training because when they were asked about the inconsistency with the drinks, they were extremely rude instead of kindly offering to make right what is wrong and ask how they can make things better with the drink, they were rude and offered me to get a refund and leave. I told them I did not want a refund but a drink that they usually make....We spend a lot of money at this place, over $6.00 for every drink and we go pretty often to this location. But with the bad attitude from the staff, I would think twice, I would rather take my business to Tea Do down the street. Their customer...
Read moreUPDATE: Having been here several times now, I still love it. Got a coffee for the first time and WOW. I'm a daily coffee drinker, but my OG Sea Salt Coffee made my eyes bug out like a cartoon--in a good way. The sea salt cream should be on everything, honestly. So good. As you were ...
So many interesting looking teas and coffees, I didn't know what to get. Finally went with the AnTEAoxidant with black tea, honey, and ... other things--delicious. Love that you choose your sweetness level and amount of ice. Boba wasn't available until 11, but not sure if that was just a today or an every day thing. Seating upstairs is comfy and fun.
In a quirky location on the same strip as the Giant on Fairfax Blvd @Pickett, but not hard to get to. Not a ton of parking out front, but again no issues for us and I think there's more in back. At any rate, it was a nice treat after my son's skate lesson at...
Read moreI used to really enjoy coming here. Nowadays it’s too crowded and orders get mixed up. Furthermore, some of the employees forget to ask for sweetness/ice levels! It's important to not assume every customer wants 100% sugar for their bubble tea. I developed a bad headache and had to pop an ibuprofen because I didn't know they put down 100% sugar without having asked me (I usually get 30% or lower). No matter how busy you are, these questions are important, the customer is not always going to remember that you guys immediately default 100% sugar, please have the courtesy to ask! If not me, someone else sensitive to sugar would suffer for and have an unpleasant experience. Thankfully when I confronted them once my headache subsided they gave me a free replacement 🙏; but I would not be going there again during their busy hours to be on the safe side. Plenty of other options in the...
