Unparalleled customer service. We purchased a mattress from Mattress Warehouse a week ago and went back today, 09AUG2020, for pillows to complete the new setup. After hours of research, I went in to pillow test - already thinking I knew what I wanted. Turns out I was wrong. Unsure of where to go from here, Marshall helped me and the girlfriend pick out our perfect pillow match, which turned out to be a pillow we had never even considered nor heard of. The results were spot on. Not only did it match exactly what we were looking for, after digging further - I like to be certain, the online reviews for this pillow brand and series matched up as well (Bedgear Storm Series). Marshall was very patient and amicable, as we tried out a lot of pillows during out visit. We swapped stories back and forth as time passed and not once did we ever feel rushed or pressured into purchasing. Mattress buying is never fun and you should expect the usual: sales pressure, some inconvenience, and be willing to haggle (I've found that the price can come down 20% from list anywhere I go). Accepting that makes the process less painful. Everyone should be prepared to simply walk away if you're not sure - the sales guys will do everything they can to keep you in the store... that's their job. You have to be the one in charge.

MW worked with me on price and was able to come down about 20% which was a goal for me. The mattress was special order and took twice as long to deliver as I was originally told (told one week - it took two. not a big deal. the mattress manufacturer took two weeks, not MW). Once the mattress was available, the delivery guys showed-up on time, were fast and professional. The delivery experience was the best part - compared to other mattress stores the delivery guys...

I went mattress shopping because of a particular sale at Mattress Warehouse. However, I first went to another chain to compare the offerings. At the other chain I was really turned off by the sales tactics and the overselling. When I went into Mattress Warehouse I interacted with 2 different sales people - I told them that I was looking for a particular deal, and they showed me directly to the products on sale. They basically allowed me to examine and judge the mattresses for myself without any pressure, but all my questions were answered. I got handed off to another sales person, and he was great too. They got me exactly what I was looking for at the just the right price. I walked away happy after having a really good experience.
