If I could give a negative review I would. This place is the worst pharmacy I have ever delt with. I work near by in a dental office and every time a patient asks to have prescriptions filled here there is a problem. The pharmacist is rude, loud, and impatient. I called in a medication for a patient and as always I got a call from that patient today stating they arrived at the pharmacy and they were informed they never received it. I called the pharmacy back for the patient as I know they received it I called it in personally. Before I was able to explain this to the rude old lady on the phone she cut me off and told me she was doing all this other stuff and proceeded to complain about her job to me and that she would get to it when she gets to it with my patient standing right in front of her. In the middle of telling her it would be in everyone’s best interest to tell the patient they received it and are processing it and are a little busy instead of lying to them and making it look like I didn’t do my job when she in fact could not manage her time accordingly. She hung up on me Hopefully this person learned customer service and personal communication skills but honestly I won’t hold my breath. I’d advise replacing this rude hostile employee with someone more equipped to manage...
Read moreI rarely leave a negative rating bc I'd like to believe that service professionals are doing the best they can under pressure; however, the service I received today and my interaction with pharmacist 'Ming Ming' was beyond unprofessional. I called the pharmacy to report that I received a defective inhaler when I filled my prescription yesterday #icantbreathe for real. I was told, after being hung up on 2x and after a total hold time of over 30mins, that the resolution was to call the manufacturer. When I asked what number she was referencing since there is no complaint number listed on the box/packaging, I was told keep looking and if I didn't like her suggestion to report her to the Walgreens complaint line. That was my alternative other than getting another script written BY URGENT CARE. The pharmacist's attitude was beyond dismissive and rude. This cannot be the image that Walgreens wants to project to the community. I get better service at the local Citgo gas station in Fairfield, CT!!! Beyond frustrated and I literally am having...
Read moreI went to the allergy section and noticed the item I needed was locked up. I saw someone who appeared to be a manager and asked for assistance. She directed me to another employee. When I greeted him with a “hi,” he didn’t acknowledge me and walked right past me. The manager witnessed this and approached him to ask for help on my behalf. He rudely responded to her, saying, “I’m doing something right now. I have to help this person first.”
Helping someone else isn’t the issue—I completely understand that. The problem is that he didn’t greet me or take a moment to say he’d be with me shortly. I found his behavior rude and disrespectful. This is not the type of customer service I expect.
If he’s going to be in a customer-facing role, he needs proper training on how to interact with people. He was an older man with a gray beard. I don’t appreciate being treated as if I’m invisible—especially when I’m spending my money. I won’t...
