Service when picking up food is always great. All staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the food to me is never what I expect. In the beginning it tasted greasy to me, but other times I was just confused, like in the photo attached to this review. Can someone please explain to me how a common size for a to-go container of sauteed broccoli not filling even half its volume is valued at $7.70???

Fantastic pizza! I was in the area and stopped on in to Pizza Post. I love this place! They custom make my favorite pizza for me when I come in. Margherita Pizza with extra cheese and sliced pepperocini peppers. Yum! This is a great locally owned pizza place. You can't go wrong! Great service, clean bathrooms, and a pizza that can't be beat!!

Pizza was good and fresh ingredients but the crust was alittle mushy in the center. Needed the oven to be alittle hotter to help the very center to set up. But over all it was good. The medium looked a like a small but it was good.

Ever since they changed ownership, the service has been god awful. I️ had family visiting from out of state and I️ was excited to order from the Post (it is down the road for me and I️ always loved going when it was Pizza Post). My pizza came to the house ice cold. The pie was barely edible, and I️ had to apologize to my guests (who were so excited to try CT pizza).

I called the store and the person was extremely dismissive, they said they could make us a new pizza but they would have to come pick up the old one first. What was I️ supposed to do? Tell my guests to stare at the pizza in front of them while we wait for the delivery driver to exchange for a hot one? That was extremely unprofessional and offensive. They should know that they’re delivering old / cold food and not take it out on the customer.

I️n no way did I️ demand a refund or anything of the sort, so the way the person took the situation was extremely disheartening.

I️ DO NOT RECOMMEND...

Been a customer for 25+ years. Yes, the owners changed, but I wanted to stick with the place. I called asking for a seafood pizza (same kind of pizza that Mediterranean Pizza up the hill calls "Fisherman pie). Pizza Post used to make it before, and the old owner would always make me one. Nope, "don't have the ingredients, won't make it". Fine. Hard to believe that an Italian restaurant won't have calamari, clams, shrimp and garlic. Oh well. Called another time asking if they would make me a couple of pies "in quarters". Simple toppings - quarter pepperoni, quarter bacon, quarter cheese, quarter chicken, and another pie with yet another set of toppings. Nope! Won't do it. There is only so many times I can hear "no" from an old friend. I found a new pizza place now. Case in point - learn to find a way to say "yes" to a...

I forget if I already reviewed this place, but the pizza was so good the couple times I tried it. I’ve been craving it for months but it’s a bit of a drive for me so that’s why I don’t go more often.

They offer a thick crust option for their pizza which I love, and every bite of the pepperoni thick crust pies I’ve had have been so enjoyable. I live in NYC and have access to awesome pizza, and The Post is up there with my NY favorites. It also has something about it that reminds me of the long gone Pizza Works on the Post Rd in downtown Fairfield, so I’m grateful that the flavor unintentionally provides a bit of nostalgia for me.

The service has always been great too. Super friendly people and I get the impression they’re super accommodating. You can just tell by how...
