2/6/25 There are at least 670 hours in a month. The BEST hour of self care you could do for yourself is going to Aquamarine Spa and enjoying a calm, relaxing service. Walking in starts the experience. The kind greeting and care you will receive is priceless! Book one service, and you will definitely go back for more! 2/11/24 Today was a walk-in free eyebrow threading day! I invited friends to go and experience the fabulous feeling of Aquamarine Spa! One of my friends enjoyed the service, and I was able to observe since I have no idea what it is. My friend was so pleased with how her eyebrows looked. She said it was less pain than waxing and much quicker! She bought the package because of the reasonable price. Thank you so much for fabulous service 🦋 I had another relaxing massage on April 18, 2024. This spa is truly magical, so calm, and peaceful. Everyone is professional and welcoming. Very clean and well kept. The packages are very reasonable and worth checking out. You can save on fabulous relaxing me time!🌺

What a wonderful morning at the spa. Walking in the door sets the entire experience. Eyelash tint for me, so I will need no mascara for another couple of months. My sister had a facial and was very happy with the service. Very noticeable difference between the before and after. I am seriously considering booking one for myself. I have had the pleasure of being a customer at Aquamarine spa for the past two years, and each visit continues to surpass my expectations. From the moment I step through the door, I am enveloped in an atmosphere of serenity and calm. Updating from 5 stars to 2. I visited today for eyebrow threading and was very disappointed with the service I received. Lina ended up removing hair from the tail end of my left eyebrow, which has left it visibly shorter than the right one. Now, my right eyebrow has a complete and natural line, while the left one ends abruptly.

When I brought this to Lina’s attention, I was surprised and disappointed by her response. She simply said, “The mistake has been made, what can I do?” and advised me to use an eyebrow pencil until the hair grows back. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I was shocked that she never once apologized. In a customer-facing business, acknowledging a mistake and offering a sincere apology should be basic practice.

Lina also mentioned that I should have told her not to remove the ends of my eyebrows before starting. But isn’t it obvious that most customers expect their eyebrows to remain symmetrical? It’s a basic expectation, not something that should have to be specially requested.
