The Hendrickson — Attraction in Falcon Heights

I live at the Hendrickson and last night the neighbors sink overflowed in the middle of the night. Around 4 o’clock in the morning. I called the maintenance people right away. Cody came and answered the call. He literally was at my door within 20 minutes. We were worried that the upstairs neighbors needed a welfare check, but he was able to rouse them and address the leaking water immediately. Cody is so kind so efficient made sure that everything was taken care of as soon as he arrived. They began working on the repairs for the upstairs apartment all I needed Was a wet vac, and now a fan is drying out the ceiling. I wasn't sure about apartment living but I couldn't have selected a better place. Apartments are spacious and well designed. Walk-in closet with washer and dryer plus linen and coat closets.
