I ordered a pizza a couple weeks ago. I had to cancel after 1hour and 40 minutes, couldn't wait anymore, had to go to bed. They assured me my card wouldn't be charged. Of course It was. Called a few days later to resolve and was told to give them all the card info again, which is strange because out of everywhere I've ever been charged they've always been able to process a refund, they obviously charged it , it's in their system, their bank received it! Since then my card has tried to be used several times. Not saying it's them but it's still a strange coincidence. I finally call again 10 days after they promised a refund, big attitude like this is somehow an inconvenience for them! If I want my money I have to come to the store! " have a nice day, CLICK" I've omitted they're names for now, but now I have to pursue other avenues. I realize it's not worth the time and effort, but that's what I said about the last 6 or 7 companies over the last few months that have taken my money. It's gotta stop somewhere. It's all adding up! Even if I have to front a whole lot more money in the meantime, before I'm made whole. This behavior needs to stop. Unfortunately they are the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back.... Hopefully a responsible owner will step in and save us both a lot of unnecessary ridiculousness. I'm done being walked on by rude, insolent, miserable individuals who have no business working with the public, let alone the service industry!
I've been to this location twice in my 41 years in the state. Both times, the staff person FOLLOWED me out to see where I parked. The first time, admittedly I parked in a spot designated for a business (it's all very poorly marked) that was closed on either end of my parking there by several hours. The first time, she scared the hell out of me knocking on my window - I'm hard of hearing. I explained to her that the reason I'm even still here eating a piece of pizza, hell the whole reason I ordered it was low blood sugar. So I know, from experience - that in that situation, the police will first ask if I need EMS. I'd say, no - i have pizza. I need about 5 minutes to make sure my sugar is coming back up and I'm on my way. Unless she'd prefer i drove and killed someone. Second time, my blood sugar was not low, so I did not need to stop and eat some. And yeah I parked where I was supposed to - presumably - so why did I see her standing there watching me pull out?! Nah, no way. You are not the parking police ma'am lmao. Never again. It's already a horribly inconvenient location.
Edited: Yes I see them asking me to contact them. I'm good. The fact that I won't ever go to this location again isn't going to change, pizza hut still gets my money there are a bunch of closer locations. But since they have at least read my review I don't care if it gets deleted after this, I have no reason to reach out over this. Unless this is actually a pattern they have there, I assumed it was an isolated incident and she had it out for me for some reason. But here's what happens if I reach out. I'm either just given a free pizza that would be coming from their location and already mentioned it's out of the way no matter the other stuff. Or they'd say she wasn't out there to watch me and that might be their real honest answer in terms of as far as they know. She had a cigarette in her hand but it was the way she had come away from the building awkwardly to get a better look for what she knew would be my car after almost giving my deaf self a heart attack the first time. And I made it known that I saw her and she turned around immediately and waved dismissively.
If you feel the need, and have the ability, delete this after reading it...
Read moreNever order from here! Read the reviews before you waist your money! I placed an order online at 11:30am. I was told it would take an hour. I get a text saying they are using door dash to deliver the order, which was never mentioned prior to submitting the order. I've had issues with door dash in the past and would not have ordered had I known they used door dash instead of in store delivery. I get a follow up text that the dasher is arriving and go out to meet them. They never show up, the order is marked delivered, and doordash removed the delivery information so I couldn't contact the driver. There is no picture proof it was delivered, we never got a call from the driver, nothing. I call the location only to be sent to a call center who knows where. I ask to be transferred to the store and get sent to another customer service rep not at the store location. I finally explain the issue and they offer to resend the order. An hour later I get a call from the pizza hut saying they don't have one of the ingredients I requested and please call them back to confirm a substitute. I then spend the next hour playing phone tag with the customer service call center trying to get connected to the store. Finally I'm told that the replacement ingredient has been communicated to the pizza hut (never got to speak to them directly). After all this we never heard back from the pizza hut. Eventually we check outside and find our order at the side door to our apartment building, not the front door, and we never received a ca ll, text, or anything and all the food is ice cold four hours after we put in the original order. NEVER NEVER NEVER order from...
