Fallon Nugget — Attraction in Fallon

The customer service is a joke. The management as well as the vast majority of staff harshly discriminate certain individuals and will go as far as cheating the system in drawings and promotions so any particular individual that staff and management disapprove of has no chance of claiming what is entitled to. For instance they will straight up throw your ticket away if they don't like you and give the prize to the next best. They treat the few employees that are kind like garbage and don't have any respect for the people that male up there pay checks with the amount of money they put into the business. Old casino (built 1912) that has had plans for destruction/rebuild in talks for nearly 20 years. Owner (D. Scott Tate) also owns 2 more Fallon casinos (Bonana & Comstock) 3 Carson City casinos (Comstock, Jackpot Crossing & Cactus Jack's), 3 Fernley casinos (Wig Wam, Jackpot Crissing & Nugget), Silver Springs Nugget casino, Gardnerville's "C.O.D." casino, plus others in Reno, Indian Hills, and a new S. Lake Tahoe Nugget (under construction 2031/2022). New rumors about this company "Flagship" soon being upgrading with a new "Fallon Nugget" construction after the South end of the block is demolished...

This place is awful. Don't go. You can't even take your own purse into the casino with you they want you to leave it in your car where it can be stolen or out their front door when it can also be stolen. This place is a joke. I will never return to this run down place. Before I even entered the casino there was a drug deal that went down right in front of the doors. This casino is the worse.I suggest stockmans or comstock for gambling at least they don't make you leave your purse behind or see drug deals go down right in front of...
