Oats Park our community Jewel. Road leading past Oats just reworked, making it easier getting by field and equipment. Baseball, softball, soccer, swings, tennis, swimming, diving, water park, and event stage. Nevadans, out of towners and locals show up with friends and family alike. Picnics are almost a standard activity. Enjoyed year round. Bands and fireworks during events draw fun loving folks.

Wonderful park. I go daily. Such details to friendly and thoughtful activities for the community. They just added a splash pad. They are redoing the tennis courts! Always have summer concerts and community events.

Cool little park in fallon NV . Not a whole lot to do in fallon so the park is a nice little play area for the kids and families.

I have a history with this place. Kissed the young girl who would become my sweet wife for the first time in the middle of this park back in 1972. We had 44 wonderful years together before she passed. I go here when I feel the need to be close to her again. The city workers keep this park nice and clean. Well lit and a safe place to enjoy a quite day or one of the great concerts that are offered from time to time. If you want a place for a family picnic or birthday party, here it is. Need to just hold and kiss that special lady, well that's ok too. Let the kids run and play while you two relax and hold hands. If you see a lone old gray haired guy with a tear in his eye stop and say howdy. It just...

The only thing that is mysterious to me is why install bathrooms if you only want the public to utilize them for functions that reserve the park? Portable toilets work fine for stuff like that too. If the City's police department doesn't want vagrants in the facilities when children arrive, hire someone to clean up in the morning and run people out. Don't keep the bathrooms locked 24/7.

Other than that, the grass is green. 💗 The park is clean. And there are benches/tables everywhere. Absolutely perfect for people to play at during the day. And there is lighting for those vampires who only come...

This park has a variety of things/activities to do. Big grassy area for play, playground for kids, sand volleyball court and I believe there is an arts center there for events. Every time I walk there with my dog, there's usually people there and it's pretty active. It's a nice little place in this small town. The only issue I have with it is that near the small shack close to the playground, there's usually lots of trash filled up in the bins or around the bins. People don't do a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I would normally see random clothing articles, blankets and trash...
