I had an issue on a product I was returning in the warranty window, first off if it’s a mistake on the stores part for mislabeling a product for warranty it should all fall on the store not the customer. Long story short two years ago I bought a headset an sales associate mislabeled my warranted item so came time when said product was giving me issues I returned to the store to claim my warranty. I was told it was mislabeled and not the original product, okay not my problem that’s a stores problem but anywho was told to call customer service and see where it goes. I'm sure there was a voicemail, so my bad but who checks those things these days? I don't fault anyone, maybe myself... but I waited in a long line with others when I probably didn't have to. If only I were asked if I planned to return at 9 to claim my prize that may have alleviated some confusion because I had no idea what I was waiting for. The Store Manager seemed sincere about his passion regarding customer service, and the girl who helped me was very nice and helpful.
