My husband & I have been craving bojangles for a few weeks now and decided to go in last night around 8:30. There were 2 women working, drive thru & upfront. We waited 10 minutes just to have our order taken for whatever reason. There was no one inside other than the couple who ordered before us. & must I say they got there food AND went through the drive through to order more & were out of the parking lot before we even got our food. While we were waiting I was wondering why everyone including cooks were cleaning up and ready to close it down at 8:30, when you don't close until 10? I have worked in the restaurant business for over 7 years. & I get the nights where your slow and your trying to get a few things done so you won't have to do it come closing time. But when there is no one in drive thru & no one in your dining area & everyone's walking around half clueless including the manager something needs to be addressed. We finally get our food & not only did they get my order wrong which they fixed after I addressed it but once I got home my chicken was completely burnt & hard. & my husbands salad was horrible. I mean damn if your going to be slow at least be slow and use that time to get your orders right. I don't mind the waiting even if it's waiting pointlessly, because your employees don't have good work ethic or people skills. It's the fact that I waited & once I got my food I had to wait longer because my order was messed up. I waited 10 minutes alone for my fries. YOU HAD NOONE IN YOUR BUSNIESS. But a few customers here and there, so fries should of BEEN dropped. The chicken should of been precooking or whatever you have to do. It's ridiculous WE keep YOU in business. While my food was being "fixed" two of the girls were laughing back and forth, taking there sweet time. They could careless. But I'm sure they complain about the pay there making. There making what they deserve from the attitude and horrible customer service skills they showed last night. I waited 13min inside for 1 Egg and Cheese biscuit and small Bo Round, there was one person in front of me and it took 5min for her to even acknowledge I was at counter and that was because she had to walk by to take food outside. Cashier had no enthusiasm about herself at all, moving around in a daze. 5 more customers came in one by one and instead of taking a second to expedite orders out for customers that was waiting she took everyone’s order. I asked the girl working drive thru that was walking back and forth pass all the ready food in the warmer if she could grab my biscuits she asks where I placed order and said that the girl at the register would get it she is working the front alone, and the cashier mumbles twice “I’m coming damn”. The manager was the cook and she was pumping out orders like an assembly line, but not once did she ask why aren’t the orders moving out like any other fast food chain does….POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ACROSS THE WHOLE BOARD!!! looking at all the bad reviews I should expect nothing less, you got a better chance at getting better service from the homeless people standing on the corner of the curbs in the plaza!!!! Read moreToday Sunday Jan 8th, I made an online curbside pickup order and was told it would be approximately 30 mins. I went to pick my order up at the appropriate time and followed all the procedures on the App, and nothing on the App instructed me to go inside, so after pushing the 'I'm here' button, I waited for someone to bring out my order, meanwhile the drive thru was slow and they were not busy at all. Finally a worker brought an order out to my car and I told him that was not my order, in fact, it belonged to the car parked next to me. The worker asked me what kind of order I had and I told him and he understood that I had a multi Order so he went back inside to get my order. Well, I waited for over 30mins before a manager came outside to my car with my 2 big Bo boxes and apologized saying my food had been ready since I'd placed the order and was just sitting on the counter and that I should have come inside to get it, I informed him that one of his workers was supposed to check on my order and bring it out.
