God has angels everywhere and definitely sent one to help my husband today. The owner of this shop was definitely that angel. My husband was having issues with his semi truck and had to pick up a load. The truck was not charging properly. He bought the part and tried to fix it but still was not working. Someone told him to go to this shop so they could help him. When he got there, it was full and was told they were very busy but when my husband was going to leave, the owner stopped him and helped him. He was able to resolve the issue and asked my husband if he believed in God and my husband said yes he does and the owner said I don't know why but God told me to help you. My husband was praying to God for guidance on what to do since we are from FL and don't know the area. God once again was there and used this amazing person to help us. They are definitely not working in your best interests. They spent two hours trying to find out why my car was stalling. They couldn't duplicate the problem nor could they diagnose the problem. They told me to bring the car back if it happens again so they could put their diagnostic tools on it and determine the problem. Within two blocks the car had stalled out twice so I took it straight back to their shop and was told that they wouldn't be able to get to it till next week!!!! Great customer service, very knowledgeable professionals . I visited the shop for alternator repair or rebuild. The old gentleman put the alternator on the stand lined and tied the belt and told me that nothing wrong with the alternator . I visited Advanced Auto Parts Bowling Green and after their inspection they found an alternator is bad.
