Great park, been coming here for years and now my wife and I bring our 2 young sons here. We love walking around the park and seeing the ducks. The playground isn't bad, it doesn't have the variety as others and has the wood mulch, not the rubber mulch or rubber padding as others do. The city will also use the park to hold fairs and other special events. The foot bridge over the (2nd) river dam is nice and well kept. The path is also illuminated when it starts to get dark out. Dirt roads lead you into the ample parking areas. Two waterfalls with plenty of areas to fish but...shallow waters everywhere, fishing was subpar.
