Anyone who loves history should make a stop here. The exhibits are very well-researched and Sherri is a wealth of knowledge! The gift store is wonderful - one of the best in Arizona - and packed with local artisan merchandise and other hand-crafted treasures you don't see anywhere else.

Read moreThere is no off-street parking, so either you can park along the street, or park at the US Post Office across the street. It's $5 to get in. The employees working there were very welcoming and gave me a helpful brochure to learn about the different rooms. Keep in mind, even though the name says it's a park, everything is indoors. There were about 3 rooms, with beautiful historic wooden floors and adobe walls. Each room had helpful signs detailing the history of McFarland and of Florence, along with historical artifacts. And that people are willing to stand up and keep it running. The people that were super nice. And then they had a special speaker talking about the Apache war today.Loved it super much.
