Poncho”s Smoke Shop — Local services in Florence

It’s great to have a vape store nearby that has the newest disposables. Normally, I have to drive to Casa Grande to find the quality products offered at Poncho’s. BUT, and this is a huge BUT, Casa Grande shops can’t touch the pricing at Poncho’s, and the option in Coolidge is also MUCH more expensive for the same vapes! I’ve been in twice so far, and both times have experienced AMAZING customer service from the shop owner. He truly goes out of the way to help match the product to the customer and stands behind the authenticity of the brands offered, from Jewel to OffStamp and beyond. In addition to vapes, which is what I went in for, he has some SWEET glass pieces at even sweeter prices, a nice cigar selection, and all the other things you would expect at any smoke shop. What you find here that you won’t find anywhere else in the area is a friendly, chill, knowledgeable owner and an even better vibe. Even better still, if there is a flavor or product he doesn’t have on hand, he has a 24-hour turnaround time on special requests that are in stock at the brother (literally) store in Chandler, something that definitely sets him and Poncho’s a cut above any other local shop! There are so many fake vapes out there these days that it’s hard to find 100% legit shops anymore, having a store I can trust truly makes me happy. Not only are the prices great and the customer service what is missing in this world in retail these days, but Poncho’s supports our service members and offers a veteran discount!!! Supporting small business is more important than ever and I’ve found my favorite new, owner-operated shop for vapes and all things smoke n’ toke. Whether you smoke, vape, or both, I would highly recommend checking out Poncho’s. Stop in and have a chat with the owner while perusing the ever-expanding inventory; you won’t be disappointed— it feels like popping over to a good friend’s house. Came in yesterday on the way to drop off my partner at work. The cutest little shop I have seen in AZ since I moved here a few months back.

We walk in and it is just as cute inside as it is out. The owner met us in and was extremely chill and super nice. Explained the whole shortage with vapes to us and showed us what he had. First of all, displays are super cute and easy to see.

Since Geekbar and all the other big ones aren't around right now, we ended up getting two G Taste Jewels. The pricing was extremely similar to how Red Star has it, which is great. Plus the vapes are made in the USA, if that makes you feel better about your purchase.

Owner was extremely pleasant all the way through and even gave us some freebies (cones and wraps) since it was our first time there, ALONG with a first time discount. He even says he takes requests on vapes and flavors, which is above and beyond for an owner.

I don't think I caught your name, or maybe I forgot it cause I'm already three cones deep but thank you for the hospitality and the service. I can see why you have no negative reviews at all. The owner is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet, so is the younger guy who works here most the time he’s an awesome guy just always helpful and always realy chill, there prices are great honestly even if your not from Florence it’s worth a little drive to support a small business! Great variety of different types of kratom including the healthy real all natural kratom, not many smoke shops sell that. It’s worth it to go here don’t give your money to some chain!
