Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florence

Bad bad bad experience.management is very disrespectful not professional I've managed 3 tacobells I am a rm for burger King now and I'm definitely taking this to a higher person then my self to deal with this tacobels poor performance manager messed up a order then disrespects me on the phone and when I ask for his name he hangs up the phone in my face this isn't the way you treat a daily customer iam never coming back to this tacobell I'll rather eat at sonic across the street how can you disrespect a customer for your own mistake I wasn't in there cooking or serving and I was calling to just let the manager know so this won happen to another customer and he talks and treated me as if it was my fault I'm definitely seeking to talk to cooperate about my experience and definitely see how food service associates think about the manager there I don't recommend any one to eat at this restaurant only God knows what they'll doo to your food if you tell them they messed it up thank you for reading have...

We called ahead to make sure we will have time to eat there before closing. We even ordered online so we didn't have to waste time so the orders can be pretty much set by the time we arrive. Well that wasn't the case. We gave the young female teen our information about the online order and added a order there because this location has some items our local TB doesn't have. 20 mins after waiting we asked the shift lead about our order, he replies that there's alot of orders before us and we have to wait. There's no one in the store but us and some cars in the drive thru but we were there way before the cars showed up. 45 mins after waiting for our order the Young female teen brings it out two boxes and some churros things as a type of apology for having us wait so long. She then tell us we have 15 mins to eat. Lol Finally then other food arrives. Ten mins into our meal another teen comes to our table and says the lobby is close, and we pretty much need to leave. Lessoned learned...

We came here around 830pm and were immediately greeted by a friendly smile and hello. We ordered 19 items (order id was ddc4dd), we were expecting to wait. However. surprisingly our order came out in about 10 minutes. When we went to get our food, the person was so apologetic for it taking so long. I told her it was not long at all. She smiled, made eye contact and said thank you. It was so refreshing to see a young fast-food worker, with such great manners and communication skills. Everyone was friendly.

The food was good, out of the 19 items 6 items had customization. The person that took the order was so patience and even made jokes about being up for the challenge, LOL.

Everything we got was hot and yummy. We tried the new nuggets and most in our group, thought they were the best FF nuggets they've had. We also tried items from the cantina menu, each item was so good.
