Planet Fitness — Attraction in Foley

So I started going to this Planet fitness in Foley, AL this week and tanning, the gym equipment is the same as most planet fitness gyms have, but the tanning beds look like they never open the plexiglass and vacuum them ir qupe the inside down, so I took some pictures and asked the lady at the front desk how iften they cleanthe beds, her reply was yesterday we didn't clean them because we only had 2 people tan, all day you only had 2 people tan? I call bullshit and I also call bullshit that she said they clean the beds 2x a day, they might clean the outside 2x a day, but ain'tno way your taking off the plexiglass 2x a day!! If they did they wouldn't look like they do! This is bed #4, the first time I tanned I was in bed #2 and it looked the exact same way, I didn't take pictures of bed 2 though, but every time I go in to tan from now on I will be taking pictures cause even if your only going for tanning @ $24.99 a month plus the $49.95 1x a year you should be getting a good tan if they just did their job!! Planet fitness in Hagerstown, MD where I'm from is the best Gym and tanning I've EVER been to!! They do what they're supposed to do within their job duties!! UPDATE: Just got hung up on by the manager Nick, he is very rude and said his staff is full trained and definitely do their jobs effectively, they're holding up that front desk very effectively!! This place is a joke, they dont care about you or what was said to you to get you to join like the other lady that just also wrote a review said, THEY'RE ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!! The planet fitness in Hagerstown, MD is top notch. So when I came to Alabama I was expecting the same from this gym, clean tanning beds and amazing staff I was VERY DISAPPOINTED to say the least!! The beds here are ABSOLUTELY GROSS, Nick says he personally cleans them and takes the acrylics off 2x a day lmfao there is no way that the beds would look the way they do if he actually did that daily!! I will be reaching out to corporate, because I went off trying to explain and he said im done with this conversation, your canceled!! Well, I was really looking forward to going here. when we got there this younger guy helped us. I met my friend there as her Guest! Well, she had asked if I would like to go with her and I decided that it might be fun to go try it out and I was thinking about joining with her but then, oh, this was her first time also, anyways we was going to try out the messages so we started on the leg, that was ok,pretty much like the ones you get when doing your nails, anyways then we decided to try the water message, so we went to put a saved time in the computer, well we tried to schedule me a time because it said to see a worker when I tried, so a girl told us I couldn't do it because I was a guest not a full member, well that was crazy to me. Come to find out you can't do anything but stand around as a guest. Why even go! Don't know about you, but why do I just want to go and stand around. I wanted to see if I would like it enough to join. Well, I guess it just really didn't sit well with me, so because of that, now I'm not a member. I actually like the place but it had might have had something to do with the girls attitude towards me also. Not very nice at all. So they lost one, which isn't nothing probably to them but now they also have a bad review in turn. Y'all really need to watch who you hire. I was exercising for 9 months here until my phone was stolen out from under my nose while it was charging & I was putting my gym bag in a locker. It happened March 14, 2022 & I have had no desire to restart my membership. I was very fortunate to get my phone back after 6 hours dealing with Robertsdale & Foley police department. When I asked the management if they banned the woman who stole my phone they refused to answer my question. They acted like they really did not care & this person now has a felony on her record & a pending case. I dislike that a bank account is required for paying membership each month. When I attempted to update my account information when I started a new bank account, the website would not accept my information. I was relentlessly hounded for a while via text & email because I ended my membership. It's a bunch of kids behind the counter & the young girls would be in the changing stalls on their phones instead of doing their job. My husband has encouraged me to go back to the gym but I will not be returning. I told them my phone was stolen & they were checking empty lockers for it like they didn't believe me. Equipment is always out of order as well as hydro massage tables. It is always super crowded & there is wait times for equipment. The crowd meter is always inaccurate. I found the music at times to...
