Dreamers — Attraction in Forest Hill

My experience as a near bi monthly customer: I won't EVER go anywhere else as long as these doors are open. I've come to know these girls over the years and absolutely love them. When you go(during the day) your most likely to run into Ina, Lowe, or my personal favorite Lisa. All three welcome you in their own way. One with attitude that if typed on paper would sound almost rude but the delivery from her mouth just makes you laugh, another is crazy in the way you want a female to be crazy(may I add in a professional customer/employee kinda way). They both somehow magically know when a customer wants to be left alone to walk the store or when a person seems a little unsure of themselves and step in to assist and educate on different products. I used to think they thought I was cute and gave me special attention but was laughably mistaken when I stepped back and just watched them. I saw time and time again customers come in feeling what looked to me as uncomfortable just to stand at check out laughing and leaving with a smile. They know what they are doing is an understatement. Now as far as the Lisa goes, nothing but the BEST. I walk in and she welcomes me to the store by name. I mean, she met me once and ever since has gone above and beyond every time in making sure I'm take care of. She listens to my needs and gives me informed, non biased info on it. I once was looking for a specific toy for my wife they didn't carry. A version similar, but not what I wanted. Instead of pushing a sale towards what was there she took it upon herself to find what I wanted and ordered before I knew it .tells me she would call in couple weeks when it came in and even gave me the discount they had during a vendor promotion party they had that night as long as I promised to keep coming back. Well, Lisa, I'm not going anywhere as long as you are there to welcome me like you do. I think the world of you and your crew. I truly feel like we are estranged friends who gets over excited every time I get to see you. Love you all, now taking my goodies and going home. One last thing, for anyone reading this. Make the drive out here if you have ever been curious to shop but to scared to do it. They have a way about them that makes you feel right at home, if only your home had this many toys, videos, novelties, and langerie....

If there were an option for zero stars, that’s what this store should get now. I have been coming to this store numerous times over the year always receiving the best customer service and has always had a great staff, all up until my visit today. Unfortunately I was shocked at how extremely rude both employees professionalism were towards me instantly. As soon as I entered into the location neither one of them greeted me, both at the front register with no other customers checking out, and I had to make my presence know just for them to even look up in my direction. The moment they noticed me both gave me extremely rude facial expressions, and reluctantly proceeded to ask for an application and asked if they were looking for new hires, this of course made me feel uncomfortable after the unwelcoming first greeting. As I expected, I was given a very quick and unprofessional negative response “NO” and that was it! I wasn’t even offered a future time to come back and check, nor was I even offered an application for them to have for later in case they needed someone for the future, as in most company policies, applications are always accepted. Not to mention had I been there actually shopping, my visit would have probably been unpleasant because they more than likely wouldn’t have even offered me any help or suggestions on products or pricing. Any other time I’ve been there the guys that worked there always were extremely helpful and always polite and made me feel comfortable shopping around without any awkward feeling as this store is generally very quiet. I probably will never go back now and I was actually wanting to work there because of how much I liked the store before! Haven't been back since late January, and I would like to say that I have had a great experience EVERY time my wife and I have come here, but unfortunately the last two times were horrible! We come here about every 2 to 3 weeks to trade in and purchase new movies, but the time before last we bought two DVDs that were completely defective and we misplaced the receipt so when we brought them back all they could do was trade them in, even though THEIR pricing tags were STILL on the cases... oh well, first hassel, we'll get over it. The two movies were extreme flexibility BDSM movies, which are kind of hard to find, so as we were shopping around we noticed the same two movies on the shelves and thought: "AWESOME, we found the two we wanted to see!" They were $10 each more expensive, but we thought oh well, as long as we found what we liked. Asked the girl up front if we could get them for what we paid THE LAST TIME we bought them, 2 weeks ago, but she just said she wasn't in charge of discounts and the lady that we delt with when we came in was now "on lunch" and wouldn't be back for "a long time", so we just went ahead and bought them, as we didn't want to wait for an hour or so. When we got them home, guess what?!? They were the EXACT SAME movies that we had just tried to EXCHANGE BC THEY WERE DEFECTIVE! THEY JUST PUT THEM RIGHT BACK ON THE SHELVES! THEY DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO TEST THEM... AND THEY HIKED THE PRICES UP BY $10 EACH! That is a CRAPPY money making scheme there guys! The old, my manager, or person who quoted you something, is gone so take it or leave it SCHEME!
