It only took one time for me to fall in love with KAI Beauty Co. from my very first appointment I felt welcomed. The place has a very inviting and relaxing feel to it I felt very comfortable which is important to me. She listened to my needs and wants closely, answered any questions I had and delivered exactly what I described to her. Juju is very professional young lady, with the latest trends, fashionable, beautiful, positive and fun to talk to! She’s highly trained and skilled in lashes and much more services. My favourite thing about her is she works from her heart and has a very optimistic outlook on life. When I leave her lash studio I am always in a happy positive mood. She has that affect on you. She’s very soft spoken and always has something good to say. Listens to you and takes the time to understand what look you want to achieve or works with you to decide instead of doing whatever job she thinks looks good like a lot of other places. Perfectionist at her work- doesn’t stop until she completes the perfect set of lashes. I will not go anywhere else! Everytime I look in the mirror, I can’t believe my eyes. They’re perfect and awesome I feel so pretty. I get stopped and asked all the time where I got my lashes done. She takes her time and it shows in her work. Juju truly is an artist and I’m so grateful I found her. There aren’t too many lash artists that know how to maintain a high level of professionalism each appointment while delivering high quality results at the same time. I just went here for a brow wax and tint!!! First time getting a tint and really nervous about wax because my brows are very bushy and most techs don’t know how to do them right. Initially i was nervous but the woman made me feel so at home!! The sweetest lady. She did such an amazing job I literally don’t recognize myself. No one has ever nailed my eyebrows like this before!!!! It’s a completely new look and honestly it meant the world to me. I tried to make an appointment for my eyebrows and the lady on the phone told me NO because you never like it here, well the first time I went I did like it, second time I almost cried because another lady made it and it was looking scary! I still pay for it, this was going to be my third time and I was going to ask for the person who did the first time but this lady didn’t hang the phone on me but she left it there without answering. I think if I go 3 time trying it was for a reason, however you don’t accept customers because they complained once it’s good, horrible management.
