North Lee County Historical Society — Attraction in Fort Madison

The gentleman at the museum is treasure trove of the history of the area, region, rail and, I suspect, much more. It seemed he would have an account deep and wide, bringing history to life any of the many items in or near the museum. We visited briefly about Fort Madison, Chief Black Hawk and a few other things.
