SunRise Mart Grocery — Attraction in Fort Wayne

I've enjoyed this store but my last visit turned me off a bit. It is really hard to find pricing for some of the items, not everything is clearly labeled and there's a lot of items in the freezers in the Indian section that I couldn't find a price listed on at all.

Then when I got to the checkout, so many items I was purchasing rang up $1 more than prices that were listed. The cashier caught one and changed it, but then I was noticing others and it was at the point where it felt ridiculous to have to "well actually the sign said" half of what i was buying that I just said screw it and paid the extra $5 or so to save my time but it is really really making me question if I'll be back again anytime soon because i won't be doing that again. It is fine that if at some point they raised prices on some items, but the signs that do exist need to reflect that and every item in the store should have a sticker or a tag somewhere telling the accurate price.

Otherwise I've enjoyed this store. I can find some things here that I can't find other places. I think it's cool that they have a couple take out options in the store. The Indian sweets selection is awesome. The first time I went here there was a really awesome employee who basically described the flavor profile of everything in the case and recommended her faves. I wish i had caught her name so I could shout her out if she was still there.

I do enjoy this store and hope that it thrives but I really really hope they get all the pricing stuff accurate and...
