On November My intentions originally was to only purchase a couch. For our new house. The lady who attended us was very friendly and apparently new. They made deals as long as I made more purchases. I ended up purchasing a large couch, Tv, tv stand, dining table, 2 mattress, and queen bed frame with some gifts for a large purchases. The issue came with the bed frame. I had explained my issues with previously broken bed frames and looking for a stronger one. Where the lady recommended bed frame coming with a flat platform. They called it bunkie board. The lady recommended bed frames that “included the bunkie board”. The lady being new was also communicating with the rest of her team for approval, pricing, and any information. Only limited to a few styles that included the bunkie, I chose an expensive one compare to the 1st option we originally had. I mentioned I will come back for my queen mattress and furniture for my office after im done paying this purchases. The sale lady said of course and mentioned the ones she recommended and to look for her when I come back. They quickly ran the list of purchases but did not break it down with what item 1,2,3 means accordingly to the purchases. Said “heres the tv, all this the bed frame, this is the stand, these are mattress. Once comings home we notice the bunkie board was not there. We communicate to them that we did not receive it and will pick up with the other mattress. Neither the sale lady who attendance us or I was told the bunkie board was an additional charge of $100. Even tho the sale lady admitted to the manager that she had sold me the bedframe including the bunkie board. The manager or the assistant was not wanting to give me the item without me purchasing it. I expressed how this was not correct and unfair when I was told one thing and now it’s being change. They went by saying if i purchase The queen mattress they can include it for me. I said no additional purchase. Then it started get rude and mentioned it was my fault since they walk me through the list and I new the lady was new. The list was explained in a general form and not walked through item to item. If this was mentioned on the day of the purchase, I could have change to my 1st bed frame option.The cost would been cheaper. But now is the next day and even tho the sale lady admitted to her mistake they did not go with their word. I had called corporate and made my complaint where they informed me the store will follow up in few. The store did not bother to follow Up where took me to go to the store to speak to the manager where she was annoyed from us. She finally gave us their word. Few days later, the gentleman who load the truck for us left a voicemail apologizing for the “misunderstanding” and reminding me about calling regarding payment plan. Read moreI financed a bedroom set with a queen mattress from the Canales in the Grand Plaza. 2 months after I received my furniture my mattress started sinking in wherever I laid. I called to inform them I had a problem with my mattress and they said I could exchange it at the Arlington factory free of charge. I explained I had the furniture delivered because I only had a car and the customer service department said to just go to the store I bought the mattress at and pick a new one and they would deliver with no charge! When I went to do that, I was treated VERY rudely and told I needed to pay a 50 dollar difference for the mattress and I reluctantly agreed. Then the MANAGER rudely told me I also had to pay a 75 dollar delivery!!! Never once did they apologize!!! I left the store and called the customer service department back and they said they would look into it and call me right back. About 10 minutes later they sent me a TEXT!!! Not even a phone call back! They said I need to exchange it at the factory and pay the 50 dollars!!! How unprofessional!!! I have been to a doctor 3 times for sciatic nerve pain that has been caused by this faulty mattress!!! They even admitted they had replaced all of their mattresses because the ones they sold were faulty!!! Many people got mattresses like mine! All I was asking for was: Number 1-Kind and Courteous Service 2-For them to just replace the mattress and deliver it for free!!! I guess I was asking to much! Read moreWe were happy with our selection of couch and tables however the day of the sale which we did over the phone they informed us that theres a delivery charge of $190 which was not mentioned while we were in the store and the delivery would be on Tuesday no later that day worked perfect so we went ahead paid the charge to the store for delivery I got rid of my couches and everything prepared for my delivery on Tuesday Had to call and find out what time and then they informed me that they won’t be delivering our couch or table on Tuesday because the table wasn’t ready and it wouldn’t be ready until the 30th So I simply asked when my couch still be delivered at least out of inconvenience and they informed us that we would have to pay $190 again if we wanted our couches on Tuesday, we were assured everything would be ready Tuesday I would highly recommend to stay away from the store. They may have nice stuff. Their prices are high and all of their workers work strictly commission and it shows they wanted to lock in the sale and then everything bad happened after that and there’s nothing we can do so now I’m sitting on the floor with no couch and no table to eat on, we called them to ask them about delivering the couches Tuesday anyways out of inconvenience.
