Cowtown Tanning - FORT WORTH — Attraction in Fort Worth

I went here to get a dark tan but I did not receive that. I got the rapid clear. The only thing I remember being told about the rapid clear is that it would need to be washed off sooner than the other tan they provided. This tan barely showed up and before the owner responds yes I did shave before going in but then I was told to just wipe myself down with some wipes to ensure the tan would stick. I went in around 5:30 and was told by the next day @5:30 I should be dark. That was not the case at all. If shaving made it not stick (why not just send me on my way) or if I wanted a dark tan why not tell me the clear rapid would not achieve what I’m wanting? The manager told me to come back in and get retained but there’s no point. I was already on the trip that I intended the tan for. I barely get these things done so going back in is just not something I’d want done. I took my friend with me as well. I paid for both of us and she barely received a tan as well. I’m getting married in a few weeks out of state and have someone to tan me there who recommended I do a trial tan. I wasn’t sure where to go or what to expect since this was my first spray tan. NO regrets!!! I went to Cowtown and had a wonderful experience from booking online, to being welcomed, tanned, and even afterwards as I left. Shout out to whoever made sure I had my engagement ring back since I accidentally left it in the room when we were done LOL OOPS. Sarah did a great job making me feel comfortable, listening to the look I was going for and educating me about the different types of tans offered. I chose a classic tan. She went above and beyond and my tan looks great!!! So vibey and fun in the salon and the energy from the gals matches! Will definitely return for all my tanning needs. Seriously the BEST tanning place around! I went everywhere searching for someone who knew what they were doing and then I found Cowtown Tanning. Whitney has gone above & beyond to make sure that my tan looks perfect & that I am pleased. I have very dry sensitive skin & had reactions to the products other places used BUT not here! She was extremely patient and kept trying different things until she finally found the right solution for me (I don't know of any other place that would work as hard as she has to make sure a client was pleased). My tan lasts 2 weeks and looks natural the entire time. When it says personalized tan, she means it & will do whatever is needed to make sure you leave with a gorgeous, natural, glowing tan!
