The owner Mike is rude and has NO customer service skill what so ever. I had a project I needed a quote on. I emailed several companies . Mike called me back to regarding a quote. I had emailed so many people I wasn't certain which company I was speaking with so I took his name and number and said I would call him as soon as the top piece of the project came in, which I did. I emailed Mike and asked him to please come out so we can get the sign started. and this is what he emailed me back. "I think we are going to pass on this project, you didn't even remember who we were when I called you back, so you are obviously just hunting for the lowest price, and that's not our specialty. We have a 1000 SQF showroom outside of downtown FW, and if you would like to come by and see what we have to offer, we are open from 8:30 - 5:30."

How unprofessional and rude. And I don't see anything wrong with searching for prices. I have no respect for this person or his company now. But I will keep him in...

A wonderful group of people with great service. I needed a trophy same day and they helped me without hesitation.

I was looking for a small trophy for a spelling bee and they just happened to have a canceled order on a very large spelling bee trophy. They offered half price since the trophy was already completed and they would switch out the engraving plates. They were willing to create a new trophy if that would not work for me though. They were extremely accomidating.

With or without the trophy at half price, their prices were much lower than I expected.

Found this local business online. Thrilled to support them! I emailed with my original thoughts after checking out the website. The email exchange was extremely helpful and detailed. My goal was a small placard in memory of a church member that had passed on Thanksgiving. It was probably 4 to 5 days later that I showed up at the store and the staff member - a very sweet lady whose name I did not catch - remembered me and what I wanted.
