Been coming here for 2 years and never had an issue until last week. Bought 3lbs diesmillo and it looked a little on the brown side but the short butchers that’s is always there, assured me the meat was good. Went home and grilled it 3 hours later. The meat had a bad smell and my wife and kids spat it out immediately. I took the cooked diesmillo back in foil with expectations to swap it out for another cut or offer my money back. He insisted that I was wrong and the meat was good. I told him I’m unsatisfied with the meat and cannot feed that to my family - they need to make it right. He said he wasn’t going to do anything because there is “nothing wrong with the meat”. I asked if he was really willing to lose a customer for life over 30 bucks of bad meat.
