I normally would not do this,. But here it goes, I’ve been bringing my family here for three years. I have enjoyed my experiences. The pre movie time atmosphere, and people have always been great, but not tonight. It’s my granddaughters birthday and of course we head out to see a movie 🍿 get some food and have a great time. Right. Pre show time and I go get some food for the grandchildren, one of my granddaughters had a cup and thought she could get some ice. Unbeknownst to me she tried to fill it. It’s hot I get it. And she should not get ice with permission, she’s 7 mind you. A lesson in itself. I was literally ordering for the whole family 2 boxes of popcorn, churros, water, Gatorade and all at the register, my grand daughter 7 mind you, attempted to get ice, and even told the staff at which I was ordering from, she’d get ice. Nothing said. I’m watching as she is standing next me, and a lot worker came up to me yelling at the top of lungs in my ear, “she can’t do that,” I’m like a what, and why are you screaming, she was saying your stealing , which was confusing because I’m ordering my food literally and we just said this to the cashier. And a security guard in regular clothes or could of been a manager, tells the lady at the register to cancel my order, and to refund me any money spent not and to have me escorted out the park. I’m like for what ordering food and paying for it? At that moment I realized I’m being racially profiled discriminated on by this approach, and told them I think their approach was outline. I’m a guest here who has paid, realizing my granddaughter was not allowed to get ice at this time, I told them they could have approached this much differently, and could have said ma’am you granddaughter can’t use her own cup you will have to purchase one. I would have responded with a no worries please add a cup for ice. I wasn’t even able to be given the chance to demonstrate a better reaction than someone screaming at me to while being black, watching her shake, because of her own abusive response to my 7 year old and myself. I attempted to de-escalate the matter, by asking them to talk me not shout at me and already making it up in their minds before I could be made aware, for my circumstances . The guy started toying with me saying do you want to stay or leave, I said I came here to enjoy myself of course I came to stay, he said do you want to talk .As I opened up my mouth, the first thing he said was don’t touch me, in a way as though I was being abusive, I’m like I’m not touching sir. However being 50 years old with now ringing ears to their yelling, I’m sure my equilibrium was off, and I began to feel ill. I added they weee making an unwarranted scene, out of nothing, and at this point I am leaving calling the police to report your abuse. I made a police report waited 45 minutes but somehow the police where not showing up or maybe they were told I left. I don’t know. So I left. I promise you I will never return to this racial profiling discriminatory atmosphere again. Like you want to shout at someone about .50 cent ice, your cashier didn’t say a word about, okay do you. Well they can keep the 17 I paid and didn’t get to enjoy my movie. Won’t get another dime from me. As far as the 50 in food I did not even get a chance to eat. If I didn’t have to give a star ⭐️ just to leave my sentiments, I would rate this place a zero. And yes even after all my great experiences and stays I enjoyed previously, it’s this time that makes me realize it’s time to give another movie industry my money. I was Racially discriminated ( by management not giving the humanitarian experience, and offering customer service first, then racially profiled, by them creating an entire delusion of thoughts over .50 worth of ice not even taken by a 7year old.attempted or not she’s a child, and disrespected on the basis that I came to steal ice, while approaching paying for 50 dollars worth of food. Mind you I’m a paying customer. They were discriminatory with a very nasty...

Sorry to say that this theater is not what it used to be. In years past we loved taking our kids and grandkids to the Coyote but sadly no more. This weekend I took my wife, daughter, son in law and grandson to see a movie. It was pretty packed but we were able to find a spot to park 45 minutes before the feature started. We backed into our spot and lifted the back lift gate of or SUV. We do this so that our rambunctious grandson could watch the movie in comfort in the cargo area and can lay down if he gets sleepy. We were in that spot for at least 1 1/2 hours (45 minutes into the film) when two kids (employees) asked us to lower our lift gate because the people behind us couldn’t see the screen. They are in a mid sized car at a drive in and parked on the back row of the lot. They wouldn’t have been able to see the screen from there if we were in a golf cart but we complied immediately and lowered our automatic lift gate to about 3/4s open. Mind you that the 4 adults had to get out of their chairs (I’m handicapped by the way), move our chairs while missing 5 minutes of the movie. Also understand that the lot was packed with SUVs and large lifted trucks that were way taller than our SUV with the lid fully open much less closed. The truck beside me was a full foot taller than we were. 10 minutes later the same 14 year old and very rude employees barked at us to lower our lift gate some more. Same as before we lowered our lid to about half open. Now it’s obstructing my grandson’s view and the lid is lifted lower than the actual roof of my truck. Guess what…10 minutes later they’re back basically demanding us to move our vehicle. We pointed out to them that we lowered the lift deck as instructed twice and that it was now obstructing our grandson’s view. We also pointed out that the truck in front of us was obstructing our view but we didn’t complain about it. He then asked us if we wanted them to request that the truck in front of us move. We said no of course not. It was absolutely ridiculous to request them to move. Part of going to the drive in is a lousy view and horrible sound. It’s part of the deal. We go there to be outside and for the nostalgia of it. We refused to close our lift gate any more and advised the kid to tell the people behind us to move if they’re not happy. Now we’ve missed 20 minutes of the movie, we’re up and down, we can’t eat our food and I’m not happy. Especially when he then asked us to leave the theater. I asked to speak to a manager. He said that he was one. I called him out on that and he then called a FW Police officer to escort us out of the theater. I said that I wasn’t leaving without a full refund for our tickets and food. We loaded up our truck and headed up to the box office. We met a young lady there of about 16-18 years old and asked to speak to a manager. Well dang if she wasn’t a manager too. Every kid working in this place is apparently a manager. She talked to my wife and advised that she had refunded all of our money. A lie. She shorted us $10 for our tickets. We’re not sure about the food refund at this point. Long story short…We wanted to spend a nice evening with our kids at the drive in but ended up with a crying grandson, treated like we were jerks by the so called “Management Team” and ripped of for at least $10. The children working there are totally unprofessional at best and very rude and disrespectful at worst. They should have found another spot for the smaller car to park, up front where they could see rather than attacking us. We paid to be there too and there were many, many vehicles in that lot that were much taller than we were. We’ll never go back to the Coyote Drive In Theater again. The actual manager will be getting a call from us Monday morning regarding this issue. Sorry for the length of the review. I’m 60 years old and have never left a Google review, bad or good, for anyone before. Great job...

I wanted to have fun it was me & my child’s father first time being at a drive in movie we arrived 10 mins before the movie started (thinking we would probably miss a little bit of the movie maybe 5 to 10 minutes) Especially being the lines weren’t long When we got there, we were the first one to walk up to the concession As I’m ordering, I realize I left my debit card at the house so I open my Chime account and told the lady I have to transfer my money from one account to the other. It’ll take about 30 seconds to a minute she says it’s fine as she Rolls her eyes was tapping her fingernails, aggressively on the counter and huffing and puffing I don’t pay too much mind I finally get my payment to go through where I spent $45 On top of the $30 I spent to get in. Our movie started at 9:15. We were at the concessions at 9:05. We placed our order probably around 910. First problem we go to get our drink from the soda machine. They have all the tea machines cleaned out already so we settled for soda every single Soda was Syrup like they had turned the carbonation machine off (a drink is 5$ tasting like straight up syrup) We continue to wait where are 10 minutes later our name was called (9:20) But it was just the funnel cake so we’re thinking OK maybe the other thing is taking longer I go to the bathroom. I come out 15 minutes past. It is now 935 the same girl who took our order and another employee walked up to us and asked what we ordered I repeated her when I ordered and she walked away. Another 10 minutes passed by employees walked up to us again and we ordered. At this point, everybody who was behind us in the line already got their food left. We were the only ones there. Employees were by the expo line Laughing and giggling while looking at us At this point, I’m pissed off. It’s our first time ever being to a drive-in movie. I’m spending almost $80. And I’m missing 35 minutes of the movie just to get cold pizza, cold funnel cake, cold tenders, and fries and a soda that had no carbonation in it not to mention the attitudes of your workers At one point one of your male employees walked up and started trying to be aggressive in the way he was talking to my boyfriend like he wanted to start a confrontation The whole experience was a -2 out of 10, which I’m really upset about because we really looked forward to coming here Our time was ruined by employees, food, and terrible customer service…we didn’t make it back to the car until 9:50 after 35 mins of waiting with no line I wanted to speak to management But could not find the email on the website (I have a pretty decent following on social media and was going to make a video about it, but I decided to make a review instead. Hopefully y’all reach out and try to fix this.) would still like to maybe be a customer in the future if things change

(Screens were big and nice spaces for the cars were big and the employees walking around, making sure that the lights were off in the car and checking on people in the car they were very nice and very respectful doing their job. I...
