If I could do zero I would! What an awful service by the main person Patricia! She was the one who attended me, when I asked for gift receipts she gave them to me. I had asked because incase it didn’t fit the teenager we could come back and exchange it. She said it was fine. Today I bring the teenager with the gift receipt and everything fine no usage of shirt, shirt is intact with tags on still. She says “idk why they would do that, it says me, but I don’t remember the transaction, idk why I would do that.” Wow Like really what even is that Patricia. Like I told her next time don’t give gift receipts if you aren’t going to accept them back and act like you don’t know why you did that. That day she also asked me how was marriage life since she knew I got married because I got my guy’s shirts here for the wedding. I told her it was good and she said good because I did it twice and never worked so never again…. What a nice way to speak Patricia and what an awful attitude to give to your clients who invested before so much here for a wedding. I am so disappointed, I just don’t see myself coming here again… how devastating for her to say “I am who you can speak too” like showing off that’s the highest I can speak too about this...

Went to this store for the first time. Employees did not seem eager to help. When I asked questions about finding a certain size, the employee obviously did not want to help look. She would only say, "If we had it, it would be over there."

There was no place to put clothes that didn't fit. When I hunted down a different employee, he didn't seem to understand what I was asking. He looked very perplexed and just told me to give them to him.

The most frustrating part was no bathroom to use for customers. We had taken an Uber quite a ways l to get there and were super frustrated that there wasn't a bathroom to use after the long ride.

In my opinion, this store wasn't worth the trip...

If I could give a zero star I would. Staff Alejandra was rude when doing an exchange on jeans, she didn't want to take the time or trouble to explain to me about the return she then push the jeans back to me and said come back when my manager is here, I then told her why are mad/upset she then replied I am not, I am in charge when my manager is not here, she is a very rude person to leave in charge. The other young that was there was really nice and explained to me about the exchange, when leaving l asked her name, then she replied my manager would of treated you the same which sounds so...
