Symphony Jewelers - Jewelry Store in Fort Worth — Attraction in Fort Worth

This is my First Review of a Business and the reason I am writing one is that I was extremely happy with Symphony and DAVE. DAVE is the man, he is by far the best Jeweler i have ever come by. I went to around 10 different Jewelry stores looking for an engagement ring, i knew what i wanted but could not find the right one anywhere. In comes DAVE, i am a very conservative spender and very reserved in my trust with Jewelers and he made me feel completely comfortable and at ease in building the exact ring i wanted for my fiance. I showed him a picture of what i was looking for and he knew all the details and sizes that were needed in building this ring, he never tried up selling me on anything. His knowledge of the Jewelry was Superior to anyone else i went to and with the no hassle of trying to divert me away from what i wanted made this a perfect Experience. I gave him a short turn around of a week to have the ring in and he made it happen flawlessly!!! My ring story has been all bad juju since it started. I lost my engagement ring I got last year and have been struggling to find something that will make me happy for a certain price since none will ever be as special. I’ve worked with Kays and Zales since I’ve always been iffy with unknown Jewerly stores. BUT I walked out of this place after not finding a ring to do an exchange from Zales. And I walked out of there with this beautiful ring AND for an amazing cost AND a band for my future husband for way cheaper than I could have with any other place. And the ring is WAY bigger (more CT) and nicer than what I thought I could afford. Also their insurance covers more than the other chains jewerly stores! Please go spend some time and in there! We LOVE symphony jewelers! Specifically Dave (he’s the best). We started seeing Dave for our jeweler wants/needs about 1.5 years ago when my husband and I were shopping for my engagement ring. We finally decided that we wanted to have one made to get exactly what I had been looking for and we ended up talking to Dave about it one day when he let us know he could have anything I wanted made for us. We discussed how I wanted everything to look, he brought in a few diamonds for me to look at, then he had a drawing done to make sure it was perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He kept our price point and what I was wanting overall in mind at all times. Since then we have purchased several sets of jewelry and even more watches from Dave and everytime we go in, we leave 100% please with our purchases.
