Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Ordered a Cobb salad. The first time there was a long strand of platinum blonde hair. And they made me another one and I found another black/blonde hair that was shorter and not only that there was an egg shell piece. How can they mess up twice? They should really start wearing hair nets for the people attending to the food because if this happened twice to me on the same day I can’t imagine how many other people may have had hair in their food and just didn’t realize. Not only that I feel like you guys need to pay attention to the food you serve. If the customer brings back the salad with the hair shouldn’t the second time around be better? Anyway. I work downstairs at a store in the mall, and when we’re busy, I order and pay for delivery for our group, usually around 35/-50$ Usually 3/4 days a week and today I ordered what we always do, and the drinks were wrong. So I called up and spoke with I believe his name was Jamie/maybe James, anyway, he was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me, and over some teas. This place is awesome! Food is always fresh and fast. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. The only think that saddens me about this location is the operator/ owner. He is a very nice man to customer but takes advantage of this employees. He only truly cares about the people who give his business money. I've worked at a couple of places but have never been treated with such disrespect and have never been terminated from an occupation before.
