If you are looking for help go somewhere else!!!! I was there for a year and a half and they practice nepotism, have questionable church building fundraising. After I left I needed them and they left me in the freezing cold with no where to go. I was not kicked out and left of what I was told were good terms!!!! Fake people does not even cover it!!!!! They are a tiny church and do not have good leadership! I cannot say this is true for victory outreach across the word but I would not donate to or attend this one ! The recovery home is a joke and I say this as a graduate. They did feed me well is the only positive thing I can say. No aftercare sink or swim and the recovery second phase home was bed bug...
