Superior Computers — Attraction in Fountain Valley

OK I absolutely must leave a review for this place!

So I'm a retired computer geek, and I had hacked my MacBook, and totally forgot that I'm not supposed to do a file system migration through the operating system long story short, my computer completely froze and whenever I turn it on the screen is black.

I was seriously too busy to take care of it, but it was really stressing me out.

I did some research and saw this computer repair business as one of the top rated in the area and so I decided to come check it out and man am I so glad I did!

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Ibrahim was very nice very kind and very welcoming. Because of what I was telling him about the situation, he knew I was a geek and told me exactly how I could get it fixed myself he literally spent 20 minutes with me to show me and talk to me About how to fix it.

He also noticed my battery was expanding and beginning to deform my computer, but I knew it was a long job that was relatively involved, so I had been avoiding taking care of that.

I ended up having him replace my battery and install a new operating system on my computer and it took care of it all within a couple hours. So happy I have my computer back and so grateful to have met Abraham and his business. I definitely recommend it to anyone with any computer issues.

Trustworthy, compassionate, and incredibly competent is how I would describe these guys. It goes without saying that when it comes to computers, these guys know their stuff. They are always willing to explain and teach you to keep you aware and updated about the computer, and to me, this demonstrates true mastery over their craft.

Most importantly, they have proven to be the most trustworthy and kind people I've met. I had a computer that ran into multiple problems as we were trying to fix it, and it was a long and frustrating process. However, they were always willing to work with me and my situation and explain every single step and thought process they had, which is very important when it comes to having peace of mind as a customer.

I was a Superior Computers customer like 8 years ago; bought 2 laptops, had various computer work done back when they were in Santa Ana off Harbor/Hazard. I was so impressed with these guys that I even brought my Mom in for a laptop lol. Then I moved to LA for a job, lost touch, but returned to OC 2 months ago. My desktop CPU was having major issues so I went looking for Superior- they moved to Slater Ave, Fountain Valley. Not a fancy storefront, industrial park vibe, doesn't matter. Their excellent quality, pricing, and service hasn't changed a bit. Ibrahim is simply great; very knowledgeable, friendly, and he really cares about his customers.
