One of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been. Placed an order for a cup of coffee. Waited for 10 mins for my order. They have a screen which shows orders received, in progress and ready. My order never moved from received to in progress, however 10 people who were behind me received their orders. When I asked why my order never moved, cashier Maritza could not properly explain, but just kept saying that because baristas haven’t started making it… I explained that all other people behind me already got their orders and mine was not even in progress yet. She kept saying the same thing. I had to ask her 5 times and she kept telling the same useless information. I asked for a refund and she refused to provide me a copy of my refund receipt which they have to provide by the law. I had no time to wait anymore, left without a coffee and without having my breakfast and was late...
Read moreUpdate: I like everyone here, especially the manager. I haven’t interacted with the woman I mentioned previously but I think I’ve seen her still there. Today the drinks were comin out kind of slow but they looked very busy so no big deal. Not their fault I wasn’t more wise with my time.
Coffee is fine. Seating is ok. Location is good/convenient. But please, don’t have Marin work the register. She is very unpleasant. I don’t need an employee asking me my life story and sitting with me hearing my problems but pleases and thank you’s go a long way, hell even just a smile would be nice. And I watched her with the next few customers. Same thing. Ever so slightly better with females but very cold generally speaking. There was another woman behind her who...
Read moreI would have given 5 stars but at this particular location they would rather throw away the extra ristretto shot than offer it to the the loyal customer. I personally spend a minimum of $100 a month at Starbucks, don't throw away good espresso guys offer it to the customer!!! I am a former Barista and know a good store when I visit one. This is a good store. A lot of Black Aprons behind the Bar and not the register. The Black Apron Barista's are making the drinks here most of the time. Other stores they are rarely working the Bar. Oh and someone make the property management company high pressure was the Dumpster Corral once a month. If you pay $5+ for a hand crafted beverage you don't want to smell that Dumpster when you walk outside...
