Let me start off by saying that I’ve been here twice. The first time was okay, but yesterday, I went with family for my grandmothers birthday celebration, my wife and I had accidentally left our phones and wallet at a machine and within 5 minutes realized and went back for them, all for them to be gone. We then went to security and asked if anyone returned our items, they only returned the phones, now I know that us forgetting them is on us. Where the problems lays is when we asked security for their help, surveillance claims they only could see the phones, our wallet was placed on top of the phones so we know whoever turned our items in kept our wallet as well. The security acted as if this was the most inconvenient things we could bring to their attention. They did the absolute minimal and we had to push for more every time. As if us asking for help was the most annoying thing we could have done. I spent money here, and so did my entire family. We needed help from people who had access to cameras and footage we did not, the head of security loved to roll his eyes nonstop and reply to any question we had with the most vague demeanor he could, oh so irritated. The rest listened or acted like they did but nothing got done unless I pushed for it. As if having to replace all my cards and personal cards wasn’t an inconvenience for us. Surveillance refused to follow the steps of the man and lady who turned our items in, and didn’t even help us get a hold of tribal police. We had to do everything ourselves and even the tribal officer was way more caring and professional then any of the security at this casino. The minute we pushed or asked for them to do just a little more they were so irritated and annoyed with us. My wife and I eventually received a message from the thief who was asking for personal information from me, and yes I told security about it and got confirmation that the gentleman I received a message from was the same person who returned my items to a worker. Surveillance still refused to inform me on where this man exited so I can try and see if he threw my wallet outside somewhere. Ive never felt like such an inconvenience and burden to security, then I did yesterday. I will be reporting this whole situation to someone who’s hire up with and for the tribe. I’m from a reservation in California who has a casino as well, and never would have thought that some casinos can get away with treating paying guest so crappy, and treating any situation involving a paying...

Just hit a jackpot there for $1304 and they gave me a paper with someone else's name and address and told me to leave and that my wins will be forfeited back to the house. They have dine this twice now and I will be moving forward with my lawyer to sue you guys for your illegal practices. You got the wrong person. I'm not my sister who is my identical twin so you have ZERO rights to treat me like this. This is the worst place ever I do not recommend them to no one not my family not my friends. They treat their money bringing patrons like dirt and wrongfully accuse them. Last time they arrested Mr on the floor and took my $125 from my hand aggressively handled me to the back all the realize they were wrong and so they let me go. I went to court on this to straighten it out and even the courts can not stand the way that they conduct their business and courts immediately dismissed the case because I am not my sister and I was never banned from there. Apparently my sister is because they kicked me out again at their newest location that is on my land and took $1340.00 from me. I am entitled to that but you guys keep thinking I am her when checking my ID it clearly shows that I am me and not her. She is banned not me!! You guys are rude and a true disgrace to this community. FortMcdowell is by far the best casino in Arizona. They treat their patrons like gold and always with the respect they deserve! They do not falsely accuse their customers of being someone they are not and waste the courts time and my time and so if you guys are interested in settling this matter and correcting your system to show that I am not banned nor have I ever been banned from any of your locations. I am not my sister who is my identical twin and is banned. You guys gave embarrassed me and left me without the jackpot that I rightfully won. Bad business. Don't go there people unless you like to be treated like some criminal and then kicked out and robbed of your money. Shame on this casino. I will be writing and sending my letter to dispute this but your letter that you guys gave to me that had my sister's name on it and her address also had libby as a point of contact when she passed away. The casino has some of the rudest dealers I have ever experienced in any casino EVER! Tonight, I attempted to play roulette and placed my $100 bet down on the table. The man next to me made a comment about not wanting pink chips, as the dealer was getting ready to chip him up to play. I politely said "I'd love to have the pink chips" (I usually ask for pink chips at every casino because it's my lucky color) Anyway, the dealer began to get very lippy and combative and then turned to floor boss and said " They are trying to dictate chip color over here" which was absolutely NOT the case. One thing led to another and more ugly comments were made by this extremely rude disgruntled dealer lady (she was an Asian lady and I'm very sorry to describe her by race, but I did not get her name) I finally grabbed my bet and pulled it back and said never mind, I wont play here. She shrugged her shoulders like she could care less with the floor boss watching. I did complain to the casino manager on duty "Shep" and he said he will look into the matter. He did not take my name or contact information, so I doubt he planned to do anything. This is the second encounter with rude dealers at this casino. I will be filing a formal complaint with the CEO's office tomorrow, as this dealer was completely unhinged and took her disgruntlement out on the table. I've never been so flabbergasted in my life. This is my second encounter with rude mouthy dealers at this location.

Why they wont allow someone to pick a chip color on a roulette table is beyond me?? Other casinos do it. So why not allow someone to enjoy the color they are playing with?? There is no way to cheat by chip color, that I am aware of. Makes absolutely no sense. Apparently, this decision and the way they treat their customers is a reflection of the management, as they must allow this kind of behavior. I could see if we were a bunch of rude drunks then one could give her a bit of a haul pass. However, this was NOT the case. Not only was she rude to me but to the other gentlemen. I live in the neighborhood and have taken many out of town guests here since it opened and we frequent the steakhouse. This won't be happening again.
