Verizon used to treat their customers one on one. My phone wasn't working went to verizon @crossroads 91st and northern. I explained to agent Barbara that I had just used it. Didn't realize my phone had NO CHARGE. Barbara tried and said it's not working I said well I need a phone since my husband passed I removed the landlines. So she went to get me a new phone Galaxy 8s. I have a Galaxy 6s. Never had a problem with my phone. While she went to get the 8s. I was playing with my 6s. And the icon of sharper said no charge. I mentioned it to her she said I tried you saw me it doesn't work. She could have taken it to the desk and just plugged it in. It would have been done my grandson's fiancé was with me .Barbara was telling me it's the same as what I have. Not true. She was telling me how to turn it on they locked the doors. And I told her to explain to my Patricia. BUT she kept on looking at the locked door and kept on telling another agent my customer should be coming the customer did show up. And she yelled at agent open the door it's my customer she said I'll be back and left us standing while she took car of a customer after hours. We left she did not ask to show me how to use it. We left. I returned myself falling morning at Sunday 11am. I asked to speak to Barbara they she was busy so I waited then. An agent said that this girl could help me. But I waited. For a few min. An told the agent she could help me.. and we went to the desk. And she was helping me. Then she asked Barbara a question an Barbara looked at me and said NO to the young agent. Then the young agent went to ask someone else and Barbara was still helping the same elderly people. But kept turning her head to see what they were whispering about Barbara finished with the customer and. Then they were whispering. I asked the young a g ent.if we could go sit down. Sirs, I too am elderly I'm 70 years old. I told the young agent that was rude of all of you whispering about my problem. I told her I feel like getting (SCREWED) . I went home and couldn't do anything .I went home and charged my galaxy 6s for 10 minutes. I is working g perfect I told Barbara that and she said you saw me trying. I then said I was trying while you went to get new phone. I told I think it's out of charge I told you guys agent I want my old phone nothing wrong with it. I was not shown how to use it. The agent said I can show you we went to sit down she also couldn't get it to say roll she said it's the glass.?? Couldn't do anything for me because I had used it. WRONG. I took my phone and left. Barbara pushed that that sale. That is so wrong. So those stars are clear very dissatisfied. I'm not a new customer Sirs.

Came to purchase a few gift cards. Waited in an extremely long line that wrapped around the store (it’s the Eve of Christmas Eve so this was to be expected). When I finally reached self checkout I scanned my gift cards and was prompted to wait for an employee to help me. I waited a couple of minutes and then a very flustered overwhelmed employee came up asking my son to move out of her way so she could make it to the screen. She spoke so fast my son didn’t understand her but instead of slowing down and speaking clearly she repeated herself over and over in a super rude manner. After my son finally caught on and moved she questioned what I needed with the gift cards… I asked to have them activated as the screen was prompting her to do. She then very quickly scanned 2 of the 3 barcodes on 1 of the 3 gift cards and said “that’s what you do, got it?” No, I did not get. It was clear as day I was confused and was left with 2 more gift cards to check out. I asked if she could just quickly scan the others as I didn’t understand which order of barcodes I needed to scan (multiple barcodes on the cards and you apparently have to go in a specific order). She then spent the next 2 minutes arguing with me that she could not check out my gift cards as she was watching and directing the line. I told her the time that she spent refusing to scan the cards she could have had my order complete and I could have been halfway to my car. She still refused and continued to help the customer next to me with their gift card. As I attempted to finish mine she was shouting directions to me from the other self checkout kiosk as I was doing it incorrect as again, I didn’t know the order. Super inappropriate, mean, unnecessary and humiliating. I understand stress is high and there are lots of customers and things going on but going out of your way to be unhelpful to a paying customer just trying to get out of the store with some activated gift cards is very unprofessional. I plan to find her name and file a complaint because it’s clear as day some staff need some basic refresher on adapting to high stress situations and what entails customer support. Emphasis on...

I went to Melissa’s register and when it was time to pay I wanted to use the cash I had and the rest on my card so after I handed her the bill she scans it multiple times and doesn’t enter it so the other half goes on my card she was still playing with the bill and just looks at me and froze . I actually had to explain to this woman how to manually check a bill since apparently she didn’t know how and she wasn’t even going to tell me and was about to keep my bill and hands me the receipt and said it all went on card and still doesn’t hand me my bill I literally had to stand there and extra five seconds until she finally handed me my money that she failed to check correctly. It was a very uncomfortable and awkward situation for me and my kids to experience I honestly felt that she was trying to embarrass me on purpose and actually wanted to talk to a manager about it but the reason I actually went there in the first place was to get a last minute present for my nephew that I was supposed to attend shortly...
