Where do I start? I hate doing crap like this. Needed distillate in syringe. Open website to favorite weed store. Hit today's specials banner. Takes me to page that has a smaller short list banner of deals. Scroll down is a more detailed list of specials. Didn't see that the detailed list has Sundays date right above it. Probably didn't notice because it popped up after I hit today's specials button. Showed the owner on my phone I'd like 1 gram syringe for 15 dollars. I had just enough money for it that's why I showed up here today. He said to me sorry I can only do two for 30 dollars because those are Sundays specials and today is Monday, corporate must of forgot to update the website. I can only do two for 30 as that is the Monday deal as he pointed out on the xeroxed copy of the Monday specials. Normally I wouldn't even say anything but it's the reason I drove out there and couldn't afford anything else. So I said is there anyway you could honor the one for 15? And the owner of the place looked me dead in the eyes and said "I'm sorry I can't do that." The reason I say owner because he didn't look to ask anyone if he could do that or offer any other possible solution. As I felt embarrassed I had no other option but to take my short money turn and tuck tailed right out of the store. My favorite dispensary that two weeks before let me come in at 955 to get some weed for the night right at the bell and the power went out and he couldn't sell me the weed. I was bummed. But this super nice big guy saw that I was bummed but fully understoood that it's a law thing at this point and I'm not worth getting his business in trouble just so I can get high that night. I get it. And this big guy said " but you know what I can do. You come here tomorrow I'll give you a free eighth on the house." Talk about turn my frown upside down! A customer for life I thought. This guy should run for president. Unfortunately this other guy seemed to take pleasure in not honoring the one for 15. I could be wrong on him getting pleasure from denying my request and watching me walk out with my short money. But why did he not ask anyone on my behalf or offer up another solution for me. Or just been cool about it. Not to put you on the spot Roman but I really think you would of handled this completely differently and same as the big guy. He made my night after I was a little disappointed. I've told a lot of people about how he did that for me and will continue to do so. I guess that's all I got to say. I just found a syringe 1 gram for 12 dollars at Health for Life. I'd rather pay the 15 with you guys but I guess that's not an option. Boooo Health for Life!
These guys have done nothing but show there true colors. They just get better and better. They treat me like I'm part of the family. They always have a smile on there face. Right from the start with the security gaurd out front. I truly feel safer at nirvana because of him. And always a class act. The head guy is truly a boss. I won't go anywhere else now. These guys are the best from start to finish. Thank you to everyone who...
Read moreBrandi is the love of my LIFE as a budtender from here! Frankly, I'm COMPLETELY AGAINST the fact that management requires all tips to go into a POOL for all the budtenders to SPLIT at the end of the night. Especially because THE MANAGERS are the budtenders that are the worst. Not to mention if you run into a problem here. Don't expect to get a FAIR solution reached 🙄. And if management is curious as to what I could possibly be talking about, because they think they're fair... PLEASE! Respond to this review and ASK! Then I'll leave another review stating each situation where NIRVANA SCREWED UP then would NOT correct their mistake like they SHOULD HAVE! I'm my opinion, and maybe I just have a higher expectation of who I employ as the managers I have work for me, the whole point of a manager is to be able to see the BIGGER PICTURE! Which frankly, is doing something SMALL for a customer to ensure they're very satisfied and continue to come back. Needless to say, I don't approve of the managers skill level (or lack there of) from Apache junction Nirvana, in the slightest, and I'd NEVER employ one of them for my own business. All of this being said, and the dissatisfaction I've experienced from this place due to management, it should say A LOT! That I still have it 5 STARS and that's pretty much ALL BECAUSE of what a badass Brandi is! She's always MORE than helpful, patient, and chatting with her is always a pleasure! You KILL IT BRANDI! And your the ONLY REASON I have any sort of loyalty toward this place! I WISH I could to you individually! But when you're there, even if my budtender sucks! I still tip so that SOME OF IT goes to you! What they SHOULD DO is make it like waiters with busboys (plz ignore the use of male pronouns to express my point). The budtenders doing the majority of the work, should still be the ones to get the online orders, just rotate each tender to get the next order, then they should tip out those working online orders, MANAGEMENT, ETC, 10%. This would be much more fair. However, like I previously expressed... Not like I would expect management to do anything THAT'S FAIR! Good luck Brandi. I feel like...
Read moreStopped in for the 3rd or 4th time this year. Was a religious Nirvana customer when at the 1st Apache Junction Location. I have moved since then. Stopped last week and was treated Amazing by Sam. Today, I had questions. I have never been walked away from before by a bud tender, (wasn't Sam) at any dispensary. You no longer sell what I buy so of course there is questions about products. And he walked away to put merch away. Hadn't shown me anything. Just left me standing at the counter. I thought he was gonna show me stuff. Made me feel uncomfortable. Like my time meant nothing, my questions weren't answered, and ended up meenie, miney, mo picking because my vape died. NOT HAPPY WITH IT EITHER. Sam had me coming back. Last night put it back to, I will go where the bud tenders are pleasant, and helpful with questions. That sucks because Sam was my original favorite Bud tender for years. The gentleman that helped me, I was his customer day 1 of his career at Nirvana, old building. Didn't use name only because he normally is friendly. Golden rule, treat people the way you want...
