AutoZone Auto Parts — Local services in Apache Junction

Auto zone corporate generally maintains decent standards, however at this store there was 1 person who seemed to understand and communicate with people while several others just ignored people who simply didn't understand the store flow of service and checkout and none seemed to bothered to communicate it. I have not yet visited another store where there is a lone setup that requires me to wait in line with customers needing help with back counter parts when I needed to purchase an off the shelf product and go. I waited near 15 mins and no suggestion for a quick purchase was made beyond letringmme stand at the register to determine the desk rep was not going to go to the register despite having helped another client when I walked in from same register. I left the product on the counter and left. I will not visit this location again. I would rather drive to next closer location and recieve customer service before waiting and trying to determine how the leadership in thos store wants to provide a service. The store was clean but park ok ng lot soiled with oil and grease like a bad shop. One service person sat at counter and refused to engage any customers despite a line of 8 people. The Assistant manager argued with me, In the middle of the store with other paying customers. while his cashier proceeded to make remarks telling me what he can and cannot do. All I wanted was the core charge returned on 4 fuel injectors I purchased. And a full return on 4 fuel injectors that were purchased and unused!… he only wanted to give me 3 core charges, told me I was stuck with the 4th one. Because, the 4th injector didn’t look used. I had placed them back in the plastic and back in the box! The assistant manager and his associate, REFUSED to return my core charges for all 4 injectors! I went to another store and got my full return on the unused and my core charge on all 4 used ones! No problems! No arguments! Don’t use Apache Junction AutoZone!
