FOUND OUT THERE IS A MANDATORY TWO DAY WAITING PERIOD FOR ACCOUNT RECOVERY OF MY IPHONE FORTHE HOLD FOR QUITE UNDERSTANDABLE AS WELL AS HIGHLY APPRECIATED SECURITY REASONS.
IN SUMMARY, NICHOLAS VERY QUICKLY PROPERLY DIAGNOSED AND ASSESSED THE NEXT STEP I NEEDED FOR ACCOUNT RECOVERY BY CALLING APPLE, WHICH AS MENTIONED, I DID.
WHAT MADE THIS SO SUCH AN OUTSTANDING LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT NICHOLAS BY GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND IS HE WAS ABLE TO PROPERLY ASSES THIS 10 MINUTES TO CLOSING ON THE PHONE. TO SAY I WAS IN A BIT OF A PANIC HAVING ACCIDENTALLY SIGNED OUT AND NOT KNOWING HOW TO ASCERTAIN ACCOUT RECOVERY UNTIL NICHOLAS PROVIDED THAT VERY NECESSARY INFORMATION TOME BY GIVING ME APPLE’S 24 HOUR LIVE SUPPORT NUMBER, WHICH NEEDLESS TO SAY, SAVED THE DAY!

So my wife and I went into the Att store at 3061 W Apache Trail Suite 1 Apache Junction AZ to get a new sim card for a phone we only use when we go out of state and when we got back from our vacation the above review in " " was posted. Neither myself nor my wife posted this review we thought it was strange when Taylor was setting up the phone she did not leave it on the table where we could see what she was doing, she held it in her hand and kept saying she was trying to get the new sim card to work, after 5 minutes or so I got curious and started to walk behind her and she put it down on the desk stating it's working now, so I assume this is when she posted the above review. Do not trust her with your phone, what other info could she have gotten off my phone. There is never a reason your phone should be out of your view I wish I had said something the moment she picked up the phone. My initial reason for heading into the store was to lower my bill as much as possible, not to buy a new phone. Amar went over numbers with me and said we CAN lower it by choosing a certain plan which made me very excited and interested in buying a new phone since I was going to be saving money in the long run. So I said why not?! So why is it when I go to another att for reassurance on my bill they say they’ve never heard of such plan? And if I didn’t want the phone anymore I’d have to pay a restocking fee? I had already paid to get a new phone and now I have to pay the restocking fee AND my bill is not going to be lowered as promised?! So now I’m stuck with the same high bill plus the new phone payment. He did exactly the opposite and now I’m left with an extremely high bill.
