We spent about a week in Estes Park and stayed in the Hallets Peak cabin at Paradise on the River. This cabin was wonderful and we had plenty of room to spread out for a family of five. It was right on along the river. This cabin could accommodate 10 people--three bedrooms but two out of the three had two beds plus a loft area with a bed. There was a fully equipped kitchen. A great deck with a gas fire pit and a grill.

The location was ideal. So close to everything--Rocky Mountain National Park, downtown Estes, Aerial Tramway, Lake Estes, great eating places and Fun City.

The people running/managing the cabins were friendly, helpful and willing to provide their recommendations and directions to the park.

Anyone looking for a place to stay--this is ideal and would...

We stayed in the Aspen cabin which is very nice - especially clean. It is right on the river. I’d suggest trying to get the large cabin if you have a large group. There are also two cabins at the end of the area which have more privacy and hot tubs. The managers set up 3 tables for our group to eat at. The managers are very helpful and nice. Safeway in town has lots of food options, but is very crowded and not enough staff. There is another grocery near the intersection of 36 and 66. We prefer it.

The complex is crowded, but if you have a spot on the river, you have some privacy. We had the Aspen cabin which is very nice. I'd prefer any of the cabins. Some of the cabins has bunk beds for kids. The porch on the river is spectacular…easy to just...

My fiance and I were driving through Estes Park and were planning on heading over the pass to Grand Lake. High winds stopped us at the top of the pass. So we turned around and headed back down. By the time we made it to town and signal we found Paradise on the River and headed over, even though it was after 9pm. The office was closed, but thankfully everyone was up. Even though it was after hours and the hosts were in the middle of a personal party they broke away to get us a spot and make sure we were settled in. They have been nothing but accommodating and helpful while we hunker down and wait out the high wind advisory. This cozy campground leave nothing...

Stayed in the Antlers Point cabin in mid June. The cabins are close to each other but we never noticed our neighbors because of the well placed patio shades and white noise from the river which was extra strong due to the recent snow. Everything was very clean and matched the description. Bed was comfy and rooms cool with the windows open at night. They also provided a pack and play and baby gate which came in handy. Our toddler loved walking around the cabin and patio and we felt very safe with her exploring. The view really cannot be beat. Staying at the cabin was probably the highlight of our trip. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone visiting RMNP!

Absolutely delightful place to get away for a few days. The location is perfect, minutes from downtown and RMNP, but tucked away from traffic. All of the cabins overlook the river, and you can hear and see it from anywhere inside the cabin/on the deck. The cabin is also perfectly maintained—clean, with all amenities you’d need. It’s really the thoughtful little details that make a place like this! All in all, one of the most peaceful, relaxing, and refreshing places we’ve ever stayed. We’ll be back!

Amazing place! The ladies that helped us were Amazing. The scenery incredible. The cabin was good. I have to sleep with AC and the cabin did not have any, HOWEVER....put a little small box fan in window in bedroom and because temp drops...that room got nice and cold. The light still came in but that was made tolerable blocking as much as I could. Facilities are perfect. Full kitchen, fire pit, hot tub and grill. A really great experience just wish I could have stayed longer
