Rocky Mountain National Park Sign — Attraction in Four Corners States

Loved the Rocky Mountain National Park! I'm a sucker for the mountains but these were spectacular to see. Just puts you in awe of nature. We were there when not all the roads were open yet so will have to go back when we can see all the Park has to offer. My wife and I really enjoyed RMNP. Being from Houston, it’s always great to get out of the big city and experience the great outdoors. The park was not crowded and we had easy access to most all trails. Although the Fall River entry had construction (as of May 2, 2023), be mindful that park staff may/may not be at the Fall River entrance but they have app that allows you to pay for entry pass. Wonderful visit. Make sure to make your reservations before you ever leave for your trip. The main hiking trails were very busy but we were able to find some little trails where there were no other hikers. We saw Elk and Big Mountain Sheep. Skip the horse back ridding at the front of the park, they have a horse fly infestation and the horses seem not to get treated...
