GameStop — Attraction in Franklin

Went here many different times although my last experience was extremely negative. One of the managers insulted me and called me out on buying too many products. It was very confusing and alarming as it seemed to be a case of mistaken identity as I don't frequent the store or buy many of anything. They accused me of buying too many pokémon cards of which I've never bought. I'm not sure how that would even be relevant or issue anyways if it were true. I have a subscription with them and my transaction history is clear so very much verifiable on the few things I do purchase. Was excited to go here. Unfortunately they didn't have anything. I came in looking for a VR game that would be good for a kid to play. The rep asked me if I needed help but either lacked knowledge or just wasn't really interest in working hard. I inquired about the psvr2. She looked through the system and said "no we don't have it", then I inquired about the Xbox Kinect. She looked and walked into the back and came back out about 1 minutes later. I gave the cashier my phone number and he said his system won't load my information, he told me to go to my car and get my power rewards card so I can get the points for my purchase, I went and brought it in and he said well it's not working either. He didn't try a different register he just said take my receipt to any GameStop and they will load my points for me. I thought that was great because I live over an hour from this GameStop.
