I made the 3.5-hour drive from Memphis to visit this place after watching TikTok reviews, and let me tell you, it was worth every single mile! From the moment we walked in, the warm, inviting atmosphere and the incredible smell set the stage for an unforgettable meal. This spot is an absolute gem, and I’m already counting down the days until I can come back!

The shawarma here is nothing short of perfection. I ordered the Dearborn shawarma, and it was hands-down one of the best I’ve ever had (I’ve had shawarma from all across the world) The chicken was incredibly juicy, tender, and packed with flavor, with just the right amount of seasoning to make every bite absolutely juicy and tasty. The way they grill it must be some kind of magic because it was perfectly cooked, crispy on the edges yet succulent inside. What really elevated the dish was the sauce. It was creamy, tangy, and had this subtle but delightful lemony zing that tied everything together beautifully. It complemented the spices in the shawarma so well that I couldn’t stop savoring each bite. My family and friends were equally blown away!

The service was another highlight. The staff was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food they were serving. They made us feel right at home, You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it made the experience even more enjoyable.

We also tried a few other items on the menu, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The portions were generous, too, which made the meal feel like such a great value. This place is a true hidden treasure, and I’m already dreaming about my next visit. I’m crossing my fingers that they open a location closer to Memphis soon because I need this kind of deliciousness in my life more often! So I was one of the OG Customer Was there from day one of the opening it was amazing service the owner knew me in Person we would come and he would welcome us specially and speak to me personally, Couple of month back I start seeing degrading of the customer service no welcome just doing the Job, I came with friend at late time and before close and the frustration from all the staff was unreal, I always bring families to this place and they always thanked me to know such place, This day they treated my friends badly even one guy said why you guys coming to this place they have 0 customer service, yes we come late but you should always be welcoming specially returning customers like us, and I actually appreciated them preparing the food that day, but the feedback in their service was so obvious, Today was the day that made be write this review, I went in with my family and kids, there was 3 kids serving one is the son of the owner he is good, but one other kid started acting weird while I am ordering the food, I put my hand on the glass so he told me to remove it and I apologized then the guy was asking which type you want to put on your sandwich and I forgot its name so I tried to point it and the guy don’t know which one so I went around the glass to point it, and the other kid started schooling me about not to go around the glass even, with a very bad attitude, that is the 3rd time they showed bad customer service towards us, I am done with this place and I will tell all my friends to avoid as well. So sorry such wonderful place and people turn into this that quickly it seems really money change people...

My wife and I were visiting Franklin for just a one day trip and were preparing to get on the road to head back home. Before we did, we were looking for a good place to grab a bite to eat from, before we got on the road (we were craving Mediterranean food). My wife searched on Google and found Pita Way that nearby and we decided to stop in today.

We immediately felt welcomed from the time we walked through the door of Pita Way. Bob, Kim and Mitch were very hospitable and explained everything about the menu and any questions we had since it was our first time there. They even allowed us to sample some items before deciding what we wanted to order. I would honestly say, that it was their friendliness alone that made me want to eat here. My wife ordered a Gyro bowl and I ordered the Quesopita with white meat chicken. We both truly enjoyed our meals! The Quesopita is soooooo good and I would definitely order again! The portions on are just right! Everything is made fresh!

I can definitely say that this was our first visit and certainly not the last visit. Anytime that we’re in town visiting Franklin, we’re coming here to eat! Great food, great people, great prices, great service! Such a pleasant atmosphere.
