Which Wich — Restaurant in Franklin

I work at a public school, and today was an office staff member's birthday. She wanted to order from Which Wich for lunch, so I placed an online order at 9:30 to be delivered at 11:45. The order consisted of 8 sandwiches, 1 bowl, and 3 fries. At around 11:45, the fries, and only the fries, were delivered. The secretary asked the delivery person where the rest of our food was, and the delivery person said she didn't have it and would have to go back and get it. About 30 minutes later, someone from Which Wich called and said the delivery person had not yet returned to pick up the rest of our order, but if the order was not picked up in the next 10 minutes, he would deliver it himself. 50 minutes later, I called to see where our food was. The woman I talked to said the sandwiches had been remade and DoorDash was on the way to pick them up and then deliver them to us. I asked why they had not been delivered by the man I spoke to earlier, and she mumbled something about how he couldn't deliver the order because they used a third-party delivery (or something like that). Our food finally arrived at 1:10 and was pretty much inedible. The hot sandwiches we ordered were disgusting: the meat was cold, the cheese was congealed, and the bread was soggy. One coworker paid 15.75 for a super-size sandwich but got the small size. We did not receive fresh fries, and the ones we had gotten earlier were cold and gummy by then. The woman at the store obviously lied about remaking the sandwiches because the sticker on the sandwich showed they had been made at 10:47. Well, when I arrived there were 3 people sitting. 2 tables still waiting to pick up food, 1 person waiting in line, then myself.

I gave my order to the wife/owner I'm guessing. Husband/owner made my fries while I stood in line and the others sitting were made. Cool - mine should be up soon.

The guy that ordered before me and myself weren't served for almost 25 minutes. 25 minutes with literally 4 sandwiches before mine.

Probably because 3 orders and a 4 top came in, and were made before me. Somehow they got all out of order, and my sandwich sat there at the end of the toaster with 4 others, getting cold until it was finally made. While 4 of the 8 sandwiches ordered after ours was served first.

I worked a crazy busy sub shop in my teens. I know how it can get. That was unnecessary, unorganized, and not even understaffed! Now I know why my mom said the food is good because its the same food, but the service has dropped. I'd rather go to JimmyJohns, Jersey Mike's or even Subway. So disappointing. The cashier made fun of us for not knowing we had to fill out a paper for our order (first time here), when we had gotten our order in he asked us every single question we had already answered on the paper and tried to charge us $44 for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. As we tried to get the price situation figured out the girl who was making sandwiches just started making them before we had made any changes and complained about it when she was told we hadn't finished paying yet after making changes to each order. (That she still ignored) After we got that all payed for, (it was still $37 for the 2 meals) we walked down to the end for pickup and had to ask multiple times for our cups for our drinks. The girl threw the sandwiches up on the counter and walked off. We went to try to fill our drinks up and they had no ice and the machine was disgusting.
