This very small covered walking bridge is in Baker Park Frederick, Maryland. The park is beautiful with a man-made pond with lilies and two different wedding cake spiral fountains. There’s build up wooden pathways around the pond with plenty of benches along the way. There is a creek that runs along the side of the whole area. And while we were there, there was a food truck that served ACAI bowls. It’s very quiet there, although sometimes quite a few people ride their bicycles rollerblades along these wooden platforms. There’s free fishing there, catch and release for kids of a certain age. It’s right at the heart of Frederick old town. So there’s many more places there to visit as well. It’s a nice place for picture taking, and there’s also the famous bell tower that sits in the greenway. There’s also an asphalt pathway that follows the creek bed through the park and I believe there’s a soccer field there. Also, there’s a band shell where concerts are held throughout the summer.
