I had a very bad and horrible experience with the Service Advisor David. He lied to me and he tried to ripped me off with the total amount on the invoice. When I dropped off the car he offered me the major service 90K and I said yes but I told him that I wanted to applied the 20% coupon discount that I received from Fremont Nissan with expiration date 4/30/2024. He said yes no problem and he told me he will apply the coupon on the service. He called me later with upsells on Spark Plugs and rear brakes and I asked him 2 times if the 20% coupon discount will apply to everything, service and upsells and he said yes no problem, then I approved the extra recommendations. When I picked up the car the total invoice didn't show up the discounts and I asked him about it, he charged my credit card without explained the reason why the discount was not in the invoice and I requested him to void the transaction. He was trying to fight with me and told me that the coupon has restrictions, but the coupon doesn't say how much or what restriction apply. This is the responsibility of the service advisor to explain to the customer in detail about the restriction and David NEVER did that to me. Also he never told me that Nissan Fremont charge 3% of the total bill for any payment with credit card. ( this is unacceptable), He explained to me that the dealer is going to be sell to another owner and the owner right now has to pay a lot for the credit card machine and the owner has more dealers in the area. That is the more stupid explanation for this charge. As a customer I don't have to pay for the owner expenses specially when my bill was over $2000. I argued with David and I requested to talk to the Service manager for this inconvenience but David refused to bring the service Manager and at the end after fighting back and forward he applied the coupon discount. I wish Fremont Nissan can train his personnel better, more better communication to customers. I don't think I will go back again to this dealer because according to the service Advisor David seems that the dealer has a lot of financial problems and personnel problems that will affect us as a customer in the quality of the work they offer. I hope the owner or the service manager read my complaint and do something about it. Before Fremont Nissan was very good but something is happening that is changing everything very bad. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone in the area. This is my 4th Nissan car that I have and I had never have a experience...
Read moreI only have good things to say about this dealership as they have given an excellent experience. I’ll start off by saying I initially went to another dealership, where I had a horrible experience, specifically Toyota by antiochchryslerjeepdodge in Antioch.
Keep in mind I’m talking about Antioch now and I’m buying an EV. We get to the point where we start talking about numbers, in the first OTD price paper they gave me, they tacked on a “catalytic guard” for $350. I hated how the sales rep didn’t say anything until I asked why is that there, if I’m buying an EV. The rep acted clueless and said I have no idea why that’s there. Long story short they tried playing that game with me 3 times of removing but then adding something else to keep the original price the same.
Here is when Primer Nissan saved the day. During mid negotiation with the Antioch dealership, I stepped out to call this dealership as I had been talking with Ashley (amazing sales rep btw) the day before about a Chevy bolt, I explained the situation of the add ons, and how they tried forcibly tried adding Star-tracking, I didn’t catch his name but whoever picked up but they gave me great advice and told me that I don’t have to pay for that etc. After confirming with Nissan primer that they still had the bolt and that they don’t add add-ons, I told them I was OMW! I arrived to Nissan and I was treated with kindness and respect, they offered me coffee and tea which I enjoyed, (Antioch didn’t offer) while going through the buying process. (I learned after talking Eric during my Purchase, that I was no obligation to pay for the star tracking system if it wasn’t mentioned in their website or listed on the sticker on the car, which it was not on either.)
A quick subtle difference I noticed between the two dealerships, with Antioch I was immediately asked for my ID before doing the test drive, which I don’t mind but when doing the test drive with Nissan, I wasn’t even asked for my ID and I even offered ID once I saw that didn’t ask for it and they still declined to look at it and that felt nice to be trusted.
Lastly, a special shoutout to Ashley and Eric and the other sale’s manager for making my day and the purchase smooth as possible with no stress/no worrying about them adding bs ad-ons. For any curious I ended up buying a 2022 ev bolt with...
Read moreWhat can I say that others haven't said already! I went in to get my car to get serviced at the Premier Nissan of Fremont and I was greeted right away! I had the pleasure of working with the awesome, amazing and incredible Jason Hormozi. I am super picky and cautious and Jason immediately put me at ease! He had seen I came in with some coupons and gave me the best deal! He told me that he'll make sure that they'll work on my car right away and Jason did not disappoint! Not to mention, he was constantly giving me updates on the status of my car, (which I so highly and truly appreciated as I constantly worry that my car is just sitting there, not being worked on). I told him I wanted a complete inspection top to bottom and boy did he deliver! In the window, I had seen him working with the tech to make sure everything was going well. Just before my car was done, there was an issue and he brought it up to me right away and gave me options on what I can do (which truly was so helpful in itself!). Just as were were finishing the paperwork, he even gave me his information and told me that if I ever had any questions or any kind of concerns or anything, that I can send him an email. That was really nice of him to do that and I truly appreciate him going above and beyond the service that I will only be returning to him, knowing he'll take excellent care of me and that my car will always be in great hands. I have a Nissan dealership right by my house but I go to the Fremont location for a reason (even though, I personally think all the advisors are good. I highly and truly recommend...
