CrossCity Christian Church — Attraction in Fresno

They let 1 man in a leadership role push others away from the church through a bullying attitude and the others leaders do nothing about it!! A family member was treated extremely terrible and when they went to another leader, they told him he needed to forgive but didn't hold the bully accountable. Not a church I want to be a part of. And the worse part, this family member was so happy to be there and help out. It broke their heart to be treated so badly and pushed off. This family member was asked a question from a leader, they gave an honest answer and this bully came down on them for it. What you are not to be honest? I believe overall this is a church that wants to serve God and the community. But wake up and take stock of the people representing you. My family member was told by at least 4 others that they were not the only person ever treated bad by this bully. Sad and heart breaking. Gives other Christians a bad rap. And of course,...

It was the first time we attended service at CrossCity (Northside at that time) and my wife and I were walking hand in hand across the parking lot towards the 3 large white crosses when we felt the Holy Spirit’s presence, we slowed our walk and turned to each other at the same time and I could tell by the look in her eye and she could see in mine as I spoke the words, “I think we’re home.” And she replied “Yeah” while delivering a smile of both relief and exaltation. That was nearly 4 years ago and the roots just keep growing deeper in our faith as we are fed at CrossCity. Crosscity is such an amazing community. I’ve been on multiple amazing mission trips, one to India and one to South Korea. I also really enjoy the young adults ministry. The messages are made specifically for young adults and are not just repeats of the weekend services.The volunteers are all super friendly and welcoming and are eager to help get people plugged in.
