I placed a catering order online to pick up the next day. The following day I called to ask a question and the lady who picked up told me that she doesn't have an order for me/under my name. She asked if I contacted the right location in which I said yes! I had the email confirmation. She kept telling me that I didn't place an order online so again - I expressed to her that I did and that I have the email confirmation. After going back and forth for a few she put me on hold for a few mins to come back and said she found my ordered and that it just came through. (BS). When I got to Panda the 3 ladies at the front didn't seem friendly at all... just really to themselves. they were not like the other employees I've experienced at the other panda locations who greets and smiles right away. I received my catering ordered and I needed more Teriyaki sauce so I was trying to get one of.the ladies attention to ask for more Teriyaki sauce but one lady saw me and whisper to the other gal that it looks like I needed something. Instead of coming to see what I need that lady ended telling the other gal to come see what I want. Just the look they all gave each other just gives me the vibe that they don't really want to assist. However, this doesn't bother me as much as when I actually open up the catering dish for my boys volleyball team. The veggies from the fried rice was cold. Like if it was just toss into the rice and then immediately taken out and put into the tray. The orange chicken tray was barely even half ways and didn't even feed 10 ppl when I ordered the 12-16 ppl catering trays. 2 weekends before this is catered with Panda and I loved it.    Read moreWent through the drive thru last night. By the time I got home bringing dinner in, the order was wrong and the broccoli beef we got in error (my order was orange chicken and teriyaki chicken) was burnt and hard!
I tried calling 3 times that night to their direct line and no one answered. So unfortunately the person that got the wrong BURNT order had to get food off the plate of the other plate ordered! Is this REALLY a business? Doesnât good customer service include answering their phones?????
Soooo I tried to call again prior to going in at 11:30am but NO ANSWER AGAIN! I had to climb in my car and be inconvenienced to take the plate back in and ask for the manager so I could show her my receipt and the plate of food. I told her that I had called 4 times total and she said she never heard the phone ring this a.m. and would check with her closing manager about last night.
She offered to replaced the wrong BURNT order and I accepted. I am not a person that wants something for nothing but having a family in the restaurant business for most of my life, a good faith offer for the customerâs inconvenience would be to simply offer maybe a fee entree or something!
This Panda is A JOKE! The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!! Do you not value your customers or know there are Yelp reviews people can report their experiences?

   Read moreSo, I'm leaving this review as an apology as well. I get ragoons from here a lot, and sometimes they forget the sweet and sour sauce. For me, that is the perfect combo, and they aren't that good to me without the sauce. So I called and asked them to please put it in the bag. Since a lot of the Uber drivers' English isn't there native language so I understand the confusion sometimes. So my food gets here, and normally, there are sweet and sour packets strewn throughout the bag. There was not. I immediately went into Karen mode like a putz when I didn't see any. Go to Uber app, lodge my complaint, and leave feedback . I didn't ask for any money back as food is always delicious. I get the Beijing beef along with it. After I start to eat my food I see a separate container. Well guess what that was full of. Yes.... Sauce packets. I'm so embarrassed. So I'm leaving a well deserved 5 star review and now have plenty of sweet and sour packets for future orders. The lady who answered the phone. You deserve a raise.
