Ah where do I begin?

My friends and I came here on a Friday night to celebrate her birthday. As we walked in, I was surprised to see that it wasn’t that busy. We sat at the tables in the bar area. Literally NO ONE greeted us. We sat there for what seemed like forever (Okay 10minutes) and not one single employee came up to us. The table to the left and right of us were being waited on so why were we being overlooked? FINALLY my friend had to ask one of the staff to come over to our table. Really?? Grrrrreatt customer service! NOT! So a guy FINALLY comes to our table (Mind you, we have been waiting for almost 25minutes). As he FINALLY approaches our table he tells us that they stopped serving food and drinks. UM we’ve been waiting here for 25min and NOW you want to tell us this?

Here’s my theory:

We walked in 25 minutes before they stopped serving food/drinks and the staff got lazy and decided to ignore us until it was too late for us to order.

First off!

It’s very unfortunate for the wait staff because all of us women are VERY successful and tip VERY well. Oh well! Guess the waiters don’t like money! And if they don’t like money why are they working there?

Secondly

We came here to celebrate our friends BIRTHDAY! Shame on you PATIO for putting a damper on our night! Actually you didn’t! We went somewhere else that took care of us and APPRECIATED our business.

So Funny that this place has a 4.5 rating. If you scroll down there are several negative reviews complaining about the customer service as well!

Needless to say I will not be returning to this establishment.

The Point is...

Only reason I'm not giving a 1 star is because the food was ok besides that I would say my experience was a bad one. The following day I noticed on my bank account that I was overcharged 20% vs what my total was plus the tip that I had left. When I called to speak to a manager the employee told me one would call me back. 8 hours later I called again since no one had called me. This time I spoke to an individual who claimed to be the manager and I provided him the info and he stated that on his end it did not show that they charged me the additional percentage. He told me to call my bank and there wasn't much he could do. I called my bank and the bank stated that the amount charged was the amount that the restaurant had submitted including the 20% extra charge. I called back the next day and spoke to a manager and this time the 2nd manager without admitting any guilt stated that it could have been an overcharge by the host and that they do take this seriously and he would look into it and for me to check my account within 24 hours. The following day when I checked the amount was fixed to what I should have been charged. So thank you to the 2nd manager but I feel that the host purposely added the 20% amount on top of my purchase and tip that I had paid. I think I will stay away from this place from now on. I recently had the pleasure of dining at this incredible restaurant, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. I ordered the panini chicken sandwich, and it was nothing short of perfection. The chicken was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, while the crispy, golden bread added the ideal crunch with every bite. The flavors were balanced beautifully with fresh toppings that brought the whole sandwich together in a mouthwatering harmony. It was, without a doubt, one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time.

As amazing as the food was, the true star of the experience was our waitress. She was an absolute superwoman — attentive, friendly, and effortlessly charismatic. Her warm smile and genuine enthusiasm made us feel like VIPs from the moment we walked in. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and handled our group with such grace and professionalism that it felt like dining with an old friend.

This restaurant not only delivers top-tier food but also creates a welcoming and unforgettable dining atmosphere.
